The real state professional was trying to make us rent a very poor conditions commercial space with several concerning safety threats.For example, the back door was blocked and there was no other emergency exit routes. The door was blocked due the obvious crime zone this space is located. When we asked about the crime in the area, the real state person denied it, saying nothing ever happens there.We checked the public Police Crime map of Saskatoon and this particular address has several crimes in the past (break and enter, assault, robberies, etc.) It was not professional to hide all this from us in order to get the deal.When we asked if some equipment in the space work, we never got an answer as she 'didn't know. We asked again via email and the reply was the same."

I have worked with Jeff and The Commercial Group on selling a property, purchasing a property and leasing multiple sites in Saskatoon. I can’t say enough good things about how he treats his clients. Would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future.
