Horribly unorganized. Pack your patience, be prepared to wait at least an hour, to be “greeted” unpleasantly, and to watch people with later scheduled appointments go before you.This is the worst location if you value time, efficiency, and basic pleasantries.

All staff were nice and always ready to help! Outdoor parking lot is free, you just have to register inside. Took us 10mins to get our booster vaccine!

Too bad i had to wait over a year for my son referral to end up having an appointment there, they saw him for 2 minutes and let us go i know what a proper hearing test is and that’s not it, i was late for 15 min and i called to let them know, it took me 40 min to get there so 15 min late was okay! They had no one else to see, rude staff even rude with my 7 year old! She didn’t do the entire hearing test saying she has someone else to see.

Guys…. An honest review… never ever come to this place…. What a horribly trained staff…. They ask each other at every step what to do next…everyone is so well under learned and poorly trained. They do every single best effort to not help you as they themselves dont know what to do. If you have not had a bad experience in long time and wanna feel it….please do come.

Consistently rude and incompetent lab services. I would avoid this place at all costs. The staff insult each other publicly. Expect to wait 2-3 hours longer than scheduled.

You wouldn't know it from the outside, but this is a gorgeous building with multitudinous public washrooms, oodles of parking and a clean and peaceful feeling. Every hallway is punctuated with comfortable seating and the main visiting/relaxation area has a distinct Mad Men sort of vibe.The parking IS fairly expensive and I would take a star off but I am learning MOST parking lot prices in Calgary are equivalent to a small car payment... annnnnnnd multiple time frames are offered. You must use a credit card or have exact change.The building is well marked and has many services ranging from Rheumatology and Pain Clinics to a Grief Support Program.There is an aptly named Point of View Cafeteria that overlooks Calgary beautifully. I haven't had a chance to sample the menu but it is a peaceful spot to study or take a break.

Got a blood test and the staff was so incredibly rude, the older Asian lady who did my blood test was mad I didn’t hear her call my name at first (I was seated outside the entrance door because there was not a single empty seat to sit at, or empty space) and then she gave me attitude about not hearing her and made me feel so uncomfortable.She did not speak to me the entire time I was getting my blood taken, and then proceeded to give me a massive bruise by lifting up the needle inside my hand multiple times. She also did not make sure I was okay during or after my blood was taken, as she decided to not speak to me the whole time. She did not tell me to wait after I was done, as they usually ask you to do for your own safety. Neither did she give me any information what’s so over. She gave me a bandage and walked away. This is so insanely unprofessional I’ve never seen anyone never mind a health care professional compromise anyways safety by ignoring them and not giving them basic information or asking them to wait post blood test or even ask how someone is feeling?I will be in contact with AHS to further discuss and will never be going there again.

I was very nervous about my first CT. I arrived promptly, signage directed me clearly to the proper area. I was seen almost immediately after checking in. Staff were very kind and considerate. I was pleased and impressed with the experience. The only complaint is not knowing the CT area was quite a distance from the entry...too far for my husband to comfortably walk so he stayed in a lounge area part way to the CT.

Best rhumayologist hands down, she cares. Been seeing her since about 1997. Her assistant laura is very accommodating to my appt needs. Moved outside of edmonton and i still go to see her. Has my lupus managed from day one.

Great facility , neat and clean in inner city neighborhood. Ct scan department was quite far within the facility.Front desk was helpful and provided all the information before the ct scan for my wife . We waited more than 25 mins before our appointment time even though we were on time and had to extend the parking . It wasn’t overcrowded and had social distancing in place .
