Fence is awesome, but once they get your money and finish the install, you NEVER hear from them ever again for warranty work, repairs, NOTHING. They claim a Guarantee for life, but that's easy when you do not pick up the phone, do not do service calls and do not repair anything,They have no customer service, ZERO, not bad service, NO SERVICE, Nobody ever picks up the phone no matter how many times you call or how many times you leave a message or email. I have called over 15 times in 2 weeks and left over 10 messages on their answering machine and nobody ever called me back.It's too bad, they have really nice fences and do good work, but my fence broke twice and I was left to fix it on my own despite their fake lifetime warranty statement.Buy your fence elsewhere, others provide customer service and everyone charges about the same price anyways so go with a shop that picks up their phone and actually provide customer service and comes by to fix your fence.
