I have bought my first Toyota from this dealer. I have had German cars for years.Skyler Blenkinsop assisted me throughout the 11 months waiting period. She was great, easy to deal with, prompt in her replies. The day I received the car, she took her time to go over all the paper work, then to set up the connections of the car as well go over the features. She was not rushing me at all.I have had a great experience with the purchase of the first Toyota and highly recommend the dealer and Skyler.

Jesse Pottruff my sales rep was always positive and attentive. He was always keeping me up to date with my truck. Even though it was a lengthy process his original prediction on delivery was pretty close. He and the Cambridge Toyota team were epitome of professionalism.

Stop coming to this location - professionalism and management is sub par. Spoke with management over the last two visits, nothing comes from it. Yesterday I went in for oil change and low tire pressure light, switched out the stem, I checked the tire pressure next morning I have four different readings (tundra 38.5, 32.5 front, rear 34.5, 32.5). I do not feel safe leaving the lot and encourage you to always check your vehicle prior to leaving and go to other dealership. Look at all the other Toyota locations ratings they are significantly better.

I bought a new vehicle from them. Jesse Pottruff helped us from the beginning. He explained all the car details and also ran a few numbers for finance.While we were waiting for order fulfillment, I had so many questions. Jesse was always quick to respond to my emails even after hours. We also switched a trim about 4 months after the order, but Jesse had made it extremely easy to accommodate new changes. We got our vehicle in 6 months.It's been a great experience buying a car from Cambridge Toyota and with Jesse.

The staff there is very approachable and we love how he assisted us from the beginning till we picked up the car. When we picked up the car it was really clean and didn’t expect how it turned out so nice. They call us right away whenever they need something from us which makes me felt they really take good care of us. They also full tank the car and even showed us the functions of the car which is very helpful. Thank you so much Cambridge Toyota we got so amazing customer service.

We just picked up our 2023 Rav4 that was purchased with the help of Herve and we could not have been happier with the experience! Herve helped us every step of the way- from deciding which model suited our family’s needs, explaining the warranty options that were available, and was constantly providing (accurate and reliable) updates on when our vehicle would be ready! When we picked up the vehicle it was everything we hoped for and the service staff helped sync up my phone within minutes! Would recommend this branch to anyone in search of a vehicle!

worst toyota experience i ever had. took early day off from office, went for oil change (i don’t know they did it or not) but still showing maintenance required on meter. they didn’t put any stickers for next service , feels like they just changed the tires only and charged me for the oil change too.
