I had wonderful experience at Sephora on may 25 th I’m new bee at makeup manager of that store recommended me great product. Those products stay on my face all day long. She was so helpful. I really wanna thanks to her but I forgot her name. One of guy at Fragrance section helpful too Great customer service. Thank you so much .

I ordered a same day delivery from Sephora and two days later it hasn’t even made its way out from “Processing”. I’ve called and live chatted with support several times to check in and they’ve basically told me it’s not their fault, it’s Door Dash, and that there is no recourse at all for me.Look, I know it’s makeup. It’s not that serious. But if you’re going to not deliver on a service you have to refund your customers immediately or compensate them for their bad experience with something - anything. I stopped shopping here because of bad policies and service but this is the last nail on the coffin. Never again!

Fantastic service by Edmund in the skincare section. He took the time to hear my skin concerns and made some wonderful recommendations while explaining to me how to use each product. Thank you for my new and improved skincare routine! :)

I have not had great experiences in Sephora to be honest which is why I do my own research on the brands before I come to shop. But I was pleasantly surprised to hear 3 staff in a row highly recommending the same brand. Camila was really passionate in her role and took the time to educate me on brands and consider my options before making a purchase. Good customer service is so hard to find so I really commend the team for making an effort to find the right product for me!

Zero customer service. My friend and I were wandering around the store for about an hour trying to find some suitable foundation and not one of the many staff working asked us if we needed assistance, no greeting, no eye contact. When we went to approach them, they walked away. I believe it was ageism, (we are middle-aged women). Not cool!Won't support this location again.

They have the most inviting staff, they greet you right away. I feel comfortable asking for help as soon as I get there, I was looking for dry skin product. A staff member was extremely helpful and even helped me to how the skins care steps work , the return policy is also amazing, I happened to buy wrong foundation but they accept refund warmly.

Very great staffThey are nice and supportiveA BIG BUT existing for going there!ALL PRODUCTS ARE FULL OF DUST! SAMPLES AND PACKED PRODUCTS!It's unbelievable for a brand like this to ignore the cleanliness of stuff at this level!You can see this in ALL makeup products and some skincare ones!Do your best to go to other branches for your safety and experienceThey are careless!Update: thank you for your reply. I tried to inform staff about this issue in any visits I had there in the last 12 months, but nothing changed. As a loyal customer I just wanted to raise my voice to a higher level cuz, it seems this is the only branch in downtown that has this problem.
