if you want a quick snack that is semi healthy and that is vegetarian as well come here to A1. two fist sized somasas for $1.60 cad. taxes included. you are in and out. very friendly staff. fist sized somasas!!!!!!!!! beware that they are semi spicy. sometimes if you are lucky they come fresh out of the deep fryer. sometimes they are micro waved. sometimes they are room temperature.

The customer service here likes to degrade their customers. My brother was a little weak in English and spoke in Punjabi with them, the guy spoke in Punjabi with the others inside and showed fake English accent in front of us. Will never visit here again. I prefer other Indian restaurants where they atleast make us feel the Indian atmosphere.

Ordered veg thali, extra garlic naan and chhole bhature from A1 through SkipTheDishes. As with past few orders recently, the taste of food is amazing. In today's order, Pakora kadi, Palak paneer, Malai kofta were excellent. I found Garlic naan $4 is a bit on the expensive side. Naan and bhatura being delivered and wrapped in aluminum foil lose their crispness. Food packaged nicely.

Been coming here for years. There’s a lot of negative reviews citing staff attitudes, pricing, food quality, etc. But let me be the first to tell you that there’s nothing wrong with the staff, pricing, or food. The problem lies with the customer base, some of whom are arrogant, entitled, and abusive towards the staff. Although I may look different than the majority of those who walk in, I do understand and speak the language. The family that runs this joint and their staff literally have the patience of a saint.PS: The naans are fantastic.

So after alot of great reviews i visited the place today for some nice Indian veg food. Firstly the staff is really good and polite, the options as well as the price is very reasonable. The service was quick for us.We had ordered the much recommended Channa Bhatura and Tandoori aloo parantha. The channa bhatura was doable but the aloo parantha was the game winner for me. It was exactly the same way you get in in North India specifically Murthal (anyone from Delhi/ NCR can relate to it)We also took samosa and paneer pakoda. Samosa's were really good with some chai but would recommend paneer pakoda to be taken with some chutney else they will feel dry.Overall my taste buds were left satisfied and i will definaltly return for more!!
