What a great experience. The young guy at the cashier is such a great asset to this store. He was polite, knowledgeable and made the whole experience so wonderful. Without me having to ask for help he came over, explained how the colours were organized, advised on how much I would need and even helped carry some of the buckets of paint to the car. This store is amazing. That employee needs a big bonus! Wish I knew his name to single him out in this review.

I came into this store today with my two little ones in tow and we had the absolute best experience. Such friendly and helpful staff. The gentlemen helping me definitely went above and beyond, even leaving my son with a little gift. I had to leave a review because there aren’t too many people like that anymore!

Sherwin-Williams Paint Store
I needed some paint for a project in the living room and the associate was very friendly and extremely helpful in determining the sheen of the paint which would be best for the project. He also helped select the best paint for the situation without trying to sell me the most expensive paint, he picked the quality best for the situation. The store was very busy and yet the associates remained friendly and very helpful to everyone in the store. Highly recommend the store in Peterborough for service and quality.

It was a pleasure to do business at Sherwin Williams. I have been there twice and both times the staff was knowledgeable friendly and very willing to try to meet all queries. It did not seem to be a problem for them to go the extra mile so to speak. It is definitely a pleasure to deal with people like that. These are the type of individuals that we need to make the world a better place.

I love the staff in the Peterborough staff, always willing to help and trying to serve me as promptly as possible. The Duration paint I have mentioned to several people and everyone has had a great experience..... I own a few rentals so seem to always be painting something (!), love the duration brand

Definitely will not be back at Peterborough location ever again,tried to sell me paint out of my budget and called me unprofessional after not wanting to get just primer for an upcoming job, they also didn't even say bye on the phone after saying I wasn't interested.I will never go anywhere but Belleville location ever again,Very rude staff at Peterborough.

Staff were fabulous and store was very clean, well laid out and very pleasant experience. Jane in the Ptbo location was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us with our selections and happy with the amazing service. Jane is the main reason we would recommend this store and we will be back again.
