Such a great experience at this clinic. The space is modern, clean, organized and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and gentle with my pup. The vet explained things to me in a way that I could understand and was very transparent about prince points each step of the way. I truly don’t have enough nice things to say about this clinic. 10/10!

Royal Vet Clinic is simply outstanding! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate towards pets. The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and provides a welcoming environment. In addition, the fact that Ewellin (vet tech) speaks portuguese made it easy for us to understand and clarify my concerns. Highly recommended!

Amazing place! I had an emergency with my cat and my usual clinic couldn’t take her, so I started calling other clinics, and I’m so happy I came across Royal Vet! They gave me an appointment on the same day, the vet was on time, they were incredibly kind and reassuring and took great care of my cat. They were able to give her a diagnosis and I left with some medication to give her. After a week she was top shape again! They also did a follow up with me over the phone to make sure the recovery was going well. 10/10 would recommend this place. I loved it so much that I’m transferring my cat’s file there! Forever grateful for their services and kindhearted staff!

Amazing place and incredibly staff! Everyone is super professionals and very friendly, our puppy loves all the staff. We are very grateful we found Royal Vet thanks to the wonderful Ewellin (vet tech). She is always very helpful clarifying all our questions in portuguese (our first language).

I brought my cat in for a dental consultation and received amazing care. The vet and tech took time to try and make my cat comfortable, they thoroughly examined her and took the time to explain everything to me. They also answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. This is clearly a place that cares for animals and the customer service experience was excellent! They also sent reminders for the appointment, sent the receipt by email and sent a quote for her dental surgery, which not all clinics do. This made the experience seamless and super convenient for a client. On top of all this, it is a beautiful and modern space. Overall great experience :)

Explain everything really well about whatever your pet needs. Went in to ask about spaying and they explained the entire process there, what things are recommended, what things are needed, why those things were needed/recommended, and were open to any questions along the way. They are very welcoming and offer coffee and water while waiting or otherwise. Super friendly staff ♥️ gladly bringing in my pup again

I brought my recently adopted kitten here for his first round of vaccines and was very impressed. The clinic is very modern and high end and the staff very courteous, including Dr Goldenberg. Will be returning for his boosters and eventually neutering.

We were referred to Royal Vet by another vet as we could not find one in Griffintown taking new patients. We are very happy we called them, we got an appointment for the next day. The clinic is brand new, only started a couple of months ago, so it’s clean and very organized. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing. Very experienced gave great advise as we are new dog owners. Finally the prices are very reasonable, they have a good emergency services and great follow up. Highly recommended, we found our new vet!

My dog Wesley felt so comfortable at the clinic (and this is a first!). The Vet we saw was extremely thorough and trustworthy. She provided me with a detailed estimate prior to undertaking any of the procedures so there were no pricing surprises. I know Wesley would be delighted to come back for his annual check-ins and I wouldn't mind returning to the clinic - it was gorgeous. The coffee upon welcome was also a really nice gesture. 10/10 experience.
