UCMAS Abacus & Mental Math (Online Classes)

I am a graduate from UCMAS and may I say this program has helped me tremendously with my academics. After 3 years of my graduation, I'm still using the basic fundamentals in high school. This program doesn't only help you with Math but it helps you develop other aspects of the mind. Like being more focused in classrooms, easier to concentrate, and helps with your memorization. All of the above couldn't be done with the dedicated teacher I had which was Ms. Leeza (Owner). Ms. Leeza will do anything for your child to achieve there goal and dedicates her own time to make the program a better place. She is also extremely loving and friendly with everyone in the program which makes it feel like home. Overall I highly recommend your child to sign up for UCMAS as it helps a substantial amount with his/her institution.

My son has graduated UCMAS in Kitchener about a year-and-a-half ago but his journey with the program still continues. He was a bit older then the recommended age for beginners (he was already in gr. 9) but Ms. Leeza, the studio owner, made every possible effort to accommodate him. She customized the learning schedule and worked out personalized time line for him to graduate with a diploma. Ms. Leeza added extra lessons, additional homework, extra tutoring, and even accommodated our personal time tables. The program’s benefits are far reaching beyond developing better calculous and mental math skills. It gives kids a chance to become really good at something (and something “cool” at that!) Ms. Leeza is not only the studio’s owner but truly she is the Kitchener UCMAS’ soul. She is very personal yet very professional and it is her caring and sincere consideration for the students and their families (I think she knows everyone’ name by heart) that makes it more than just another math learning place. The atmosphere of respect and appreciation which Ms. Leeza curates there is what keeps my son continuing with the studio. After graduating, at first, he volunteered there and now has become one of Ms. Leeza’s studio instructors. I can say with confidence that starting with UCMAS was one of the best parental decisions we’ve made.

After attending UCMAS for one year I can confidently say it has been an amazing experience that has really helped me grow and has taught me so much in the math department. One of the main reasons why UCMAS was so convenient and helpful was the teacher Mrs.Leeza who’s always there for any student who is struggling and will work around her schedule to be there for her students! I have enjoyed the flexible hours and the huge kindness she has provided me with. If u have the chance to come to UCMAS l would highly recommend the vist!

My daughter is having an amazing journey learning with UCMAS under the guidance of an incredible teacher Ms Leeza. I saw a tremendous change in my daughter’s performance, concentration and listening skills. My daughter is not scared of solving mathematical problems any more and also loves to be the first one to answer the questions in the class.My review is not complete without mentioning about Ms Leeza. She is a wonderful teacher. She always listen to the queries very calmly and helps my daughter very patiently as many times as she need it. Ms leeza is always there to support and encourage not only my daughter but for all her students.

Ms Leeza is a good teacher, my daughter has good math skills since taking this program. The convenience of online classes is a huge advantage!

Ms.Leeza is incredible! My son has been attending class for four years and his mental progression is phenomenal! During the pandemic, we were so fortunate that Ms.Leeza offered live on-line classes so the kids could stay connected and not lose momentum in their lessons. The program was completely modified to accommodate a virtual platform so the kids didn't miss a beat! My son LOVES his Mental Math class. I'm so glad I found this school. I have been attending UCMAS for 3 years now and think it’s a wonderful program. I recently graduated and will successfully complete this program at the end of this month. Honestly speaking, UCMAS has helped me develop many skills such as the ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide numbers mentally, something that I thought I would never be able to do, and being capable of doing mental math has positively affected me in school and allows me to efficiently do my work. I thank my instructor Mrs. Leeza (the owner) and all the great teachers that work there because I wouldn’t be where I am right now without them. Mrs. Leeza is really nice and will always help you when in need. Overall I recommend this program because of its many benefits and how it has helped me grow as a person.

My kids completed UCMAC program. It really helped them to improve and shine academically. Ms. Leeza is amazing teacher. She listen carefully all the queries from parents and students.
