I received great customer service when I was booking my tattoo & at the tattoo shop receiving it. It was not until I was trying to get the required touch ups, where the service is free, that the customer service did a 180 degree turn and became completely disrespectful. When I tried to address my concerns they asked me whether I wanted an apology or a touch up. I would not recommend going here for your tattoo!
