The pro passport photographer is great !.They provide excellent service and the owners are very kind and friendly. I hope their photo will be accepted for canadain passports because earlier I took in Costco my photo was rejected. I recently took passport photos here. Their quality is very good. I'm happy to visit here. I highly recommend this place and I will visit again.

First passport pic was unacceptable according to service Canada, went back to get them redone. The woman behind the counter was kinda rude (we need the old ones back - well, that's not possible, Service Canada has them) The guy who did the photos was not there - our guarantor was leaving on their own vacation in a few hours so time was of the essence. Finally got them redone and AGAIN they were not clear enough for Service Canada. I guess you get what you pay for

I went to this place even though there were couple of other photo studios nearby, after reading a lot of good reviews. All the good things said about this place are true. Owners are a sweet couple who are nice and helpful people. We had to take visa photos of our five year old, who barely stands still. They were really patient with him and talked in a way that he was comfortable and understood how this was going to work. I will definitely recommend this place.

This store has really gone down hill in the last 10 years. Each new owner runs it into the ground even further. No selection, unreliable hours, every time I go to get something commonly found in a convenience store, they don’t have it. Don’t waste your time here, No Frills is just up the road.

Very unprofessional behavior. They clicked our photo first and then started attending other customers who came for grocery shopping. He attended 3 to 4 customers who came after me. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to get our photo printed.
