The best Tim's in town. I always visit their drive thru and they're often fast and friendly. During the last power outage they served so many customers all at once who lost power. You're doing great guys! There'll be busy days and some mistakes but every day is a new day ❤️

I went into this location last week for coffee. It was the defiantly one of the best coffees I ever had. I was greeted by a very pleasant staff member by the name of Jackson.he was very accommodating and friendly.

Always horribly slow and they almost never have food items ready or in stock. How is it that before 7:30am you are consistently out of sausage and donuts? Are there any adults that work there on the weekend? It’s absolutely ridiculous.

The drive through and in store service times often exceed 20min making a stop in unrealistic. The order accuracy at this location is consistently poor. These short falls are often exacerbated on weekends with the younger part time staff. It has been worth while driving to Almonte for the Tim’s experience there.

Responding to naram’s review. The amount of associates that don’t stir the syrup in is a lot. Please have them go over basic training. If they don’t stir it in then, i can never get the syrup to stir at home.

I had the best experience today! I ordered 9 drinks and a donut through the app for pickup. My co-worker went to pick it up and when he came back, the order was missing a beverage and a few items were wrong. That was fine, we should have counted before we left and we all know that mistakes can happen in a busy restaurant. What made my day was when I called. I wish I had of asked for her name so I could name her personally, but she was so sweet! She was so apologetic and willing to make it right. We couldn't get back to the store so she made me up a gift card and dropped it off to my work on her way home!! Who does that? I was so very happy. Mistakes happen for all of us, but how the mistakes are rectified is what counts and this employee knocked it out of the park! Thanks kind lady!!

I've been to this Tim's a bunch of times and have had frustrations at drive thru speeds or accidental mistaken orders, like any fast food venue. But today I brought my sick baby as an outing and got him a grilled cheese and when they found out it was for my baby, they offered to cut into strips for him to eat easier. It warmed my heart that even though they're busy all the time there, they took the time to make it a bit easier on us ❤️. Some lovely staff here

Always go to this location and do a mobile order every time I go. During the week my order is always ready when I arrive. On the weekends when it's all high school kids working I'm constantly waiting 5 to 10 minutes after I arrive and am asked what my order is. When you have a sign on the door that says skip the line order ahead on the mobile app" you would think the order would be ready on arrival. Shout out to the full time weekday staff

It a Tim's and they are about the same . You sometimes get a better selection of Tim bits in the big cities then in small towns . Most food is alright for a quick meal on the go.

Went in on 21 may around 4:30 .My order had a medium caramel toffee coldbrew .First time it comes out all the syrup is at the base like it was not stirred at all and the was no expresso foam .Asked them to make it rightIt comes back the second time and the foam is white , no expresso shot mixed in the foam.Was so disappointed with the service and the reaction that I did not had the courage to ask them to make it right again.
