Coaching sessions with Emma helped me immensely to understand myself: my skills, values, as well as to gain more confidence in myself. Most importantly, these sessions with Emma made me actually doing something - I went for a tour at school where I want to study, went for a trail of a specific profession I always wanted to try and many other small and big things. I was surprised how clearly and obvious next steps arose out of what was originally muddy confusion. And quickly! By the end of the course I had a plan and within another week my job had done a 180 in that direction. I know it affected other women in my cohort similarly.
