They did everything in their power to expedite the production of my girlfriend's dentures when they heard that we were trying to get them fitted in time for Thanksgiving with my family. We were able to get them in right before we left! Thank you to everyone that was able to make this happen!

DO NOT SEND YOUR CASES TO THIS LAB!!!I used to send my cases to this lab a few years back because a good mentor of mine referred me to these people. It was only last year that I realized my mentor doesn't even send his cases there anymore. For a while, their cases went very well but the quality seems to have gone drastically downhill over the years. Now, they can't even follow my clearly instructions properly, even if the key parts are written IN CAPITAL LETTERS.We will refrain to send any cases to this lab and so should any dentist who wants to do quality work in a reasonable amount of time.

Life changing experience! Two years ago, I went through some dental procedures that caused drastic changes in the structure of my lower set of teeth and the result was continues tongue irritation which had a major impact on quality of my life. After trying different solutions to address my problem, the suggestion was to crown the impacted teeth but the crown had to be a very special /custom made crown just made to decrease/eliminate the tongue irritation. This solution sounded very easy to achieve at the beginning but didn't matter how many more dentists or prosthodontists I tried, none of their labs were able to create the desired out of box design to address my problem. No matter how many attempts each diff lab my dentists worked with did, I never got the desired crown and finally was left with a crown that even contributed more to my problem/irritation over time. I had totally given up until my dentist and I reached out to Shaw Lab Group and discussed my unique case and they committed to delivering the desired results and they indeed delivered! They went above and beyond, they put together a team to listen to my problem and with the level of the amazing skilled team they had , not to mention their high end 3D technology, they were able to achieve the desired results in first attempt. I wish they were the first lab that took on my crown project so I didn't have to live 2 years of my life suffering from tongue irritation, but I'm truly glad I finally was able to find a lab to end my suffering! Thank you for the excellent life changing experience!

I don't know if you read messages on your time lines?A couple of months ago I had written to your lab, same location , with reference to the cantilever bridge that was ordered via the Clarkson Village DentalThe bridge invoice had said that it is Zirconia, no mention of the Porcelain anywhere.My concerns as a patient that was fitted with this cantilever bridge onto the tooth #26 to cover a blank #25, what material is used to create this bridge in question?The Zirconium Toxicity is my major concern, does your lab check for these numbers?Nuts or certain foods smell like the fresh ,I.e new Zirconium Oxide , this is definitely what is causing weirdest smells from my nose, my mouth , my mind gets the most weirdest sensations that I have ever had.I had written to my dentist, but didn't get any reply.Hoping that I get some answers.03/07/2020 today's dateIf Zirconium, what is the toxic reading of this material?As its been in my mouth since the end of December and it seems to give me headaches to my left head, severe at times, the bridge material seems to affect certain food to alter to the fresh new Zirconium Oxide;(:(Please let me know at your earliest , this material can't be good for dental material because it has been used for a long while without anyone complaining about it, but I am being affected by its presence in my mouth.I may be an isolated incidence , but hey , better that I take proactive measures to verify and know where I stand .Zirconia is also used in the radioactive power plants.

This type of is very detailed and exacting. If the crowns or dentures are not made to the precise measurements that come from the moulds, then the client or patient will always feel like they have something stuck in their teeth. In other words at the very least, they will feel uncomfortable with the ill fitting crown, or they could experience headaches from the additional uneven pressure a poor fit will cause.
