If I could rate this location ZERO OR GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!Stay away from here, the staff are rude, unprofessional, and not willing to help EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED and ADMITTED THE CASH MONEY STAFF MADE THE MISTAKE!Sied the manager is absolutely no help. If anything he’s part of why this issue has gotten to this point.I’m now forced to go into the bank, close my bank accounts and restart ALL my direct deposits and withdrawals because they cannot be trusted with our banking information! AT ALL!Cash Money: understand that we are living in a post COVID WORLD! People are living in vulnerable conditions as it is, and FRAUDULENTLY TAKING MONEY from their bank account is not okay!!Re-train your staff to be more professional. When a customer comes into the store and is trying to follow up to rectify an issue with their bank accounts that CASH MONEY CREATED, we as customers should not be told “NO” when we ask for the name of the customer service representative. When you guys want a positive Google review your staff IS MORE THAN WILLING to write their names on some receipt paper. There should be consistency in customer service across the entire organization!
