TileWorld has some awesome tiles. We purchased wall tiles for renovating our two washrooms and we were very happy with the outcome. Shadow helped us greatly in selecting the tiles while ensuring we have the right quantity for the project and then have the large and heavy tiles delivered right to our doorstep. We highly recommend TileWorld for your small and big renos.

I highly recommend you to check out TileWorld @ Bridgeport. They have a large selection of tiles at reasonable prices and deals. The staff, especially Shadow (the manager) is friendly and knowledgeable. Shadow makes sure clients' needs are met and that they're satisfied and happy with their purchases. Shadow was fantastic, she is the store manager. We had a small problem at the start of our kitchen tiling project. She accepted responsibility and bent over backwards to solve the issue. She was absolutely great to deal with. Attentive, polite, efficient and friendly. The kitchen looks great and I am a happy customer.

Price is reasonable compared to other places we went to. Two things to watch for is the product pickup: (1) it's at a different location in South Vancouver, and (2) the warehouse team gave us the wrong products twice. The tiles are not light, so it's not like I could have just thrown it into my car to replace the wrong tiles. Thankfully, Shadow (their front-end store manager) sorted it out for us quickly so we had the right tiles in time for the installation. Shadow's professionalism was definitely a big plus to our purchasing experience.

Like this place so much! First day arrive already noticed a great service. Then next day went back for ordering and got the tiles from their warehouse very smooth. It is very close by, less than 3mins drive.5 days later, I opened the boxes and realized couple of tiles broken and ran short. I immediately text/called their sale and explained. The lady made a call the warehouse and found me couple same tiles for free.I was so relief as I have my contractor waiting this to finish so we can move onto next step. Thank you, TileWorld!
