Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites

The hotel particularly the amenities is excellent. The only issue is the parking lot. Hilton in near Airport was excellent place to stay for events. I felt welcomed and very friendly staff. It's nice to have your service with a smile and kindness when you check in. decent location for shopping and restaurants nearby. Kudos to your team.

I attended a graduation ceremony at this hotel. Everyone one was so friendly and helpful, the place was spotless. The room was set up perfect lots of room and even had a water station out for guests, along with a colouring table to entertain small children. They never missed a step. The refreshment room had everything you would expect to see at a graduation, job well done!

We reserved an executive level room. The 24hr free access to the executive lounge was very nice. Unlimited soft drinks, water, juice and snacks. Also appetizers and wine on certain hours. The gym is well stocked for a hotel gym. The pool water was a bit too chilly, including the hot tub. The hot tub was definitely not the normal expected temperature. Therefore, only a 4 rating instead of a 5.The service was excellent, they readily let us have a later check out. To be here with our family, it was very nice to have access to water and food 24hr.The next morning, the hot tub was adjusted to the right temperature. Thank-you, Hilton! I'll adjust to 5 stars!

The place at Winnipeg Hilton suites gave my kids head lice, bugs were always showing up from the Rugs in the room 3rd floor and from the love seat that turns into a bed, the house keeping don't clean the rooms properly, when my kids started itching on their heads, we gave them a bath 2 to 3 times a day and they were still showing on their heads that looks like head lice. Sorry for the bad review but honestly it gave my 3 kids head lice.

First two star I’ve rated for a hotel. Unwelcome disappointing stay, over priced, and poor value. Staff are nice but management is poor.I have stayed at many Hilton properties. Paying up for a nice hotel can be good value and be a drama free stay. Unfortunately this hotel doesn’t offer good value at any price over $150.00 a night, and certainly not the $250.00 I paid.The good: staff are nice, (With the exception of management and the staff who text you to ask if everything is ok), the rooms are large and comfortable, bed is very comfy and housekeepers are very good. If the hotel was $150 a night, good value. At $250 a night poor value, far over priced to comparable hotels in Winnipeg. The management lets you know you are not staying at a real Hilton Hotel.The bad, management and the executive lounge.Their executive lounge might be the poorest example of an executive lounge in the Hilton chain. I didn’t feel welcome there. They recently changed from canned pop to fountain drinks, with ridiculous small glasses, think almost shot size. To drink a regular pop you have to make several trips to the kitchen or stand in front of the machine and drink there. There’s little else within lounge. Breakfast that is served is less than you would get at a Hampton Inn. Lastly, they restrict the number of snacks they put out. Often there is nothing there. I suggest either paying staff to be there or leave enough out for members. The way the lounge is run tells me how the hotel is run, on the cheap.Perhaps because the Hotel is housing flight crews, refugees and evacuees, management doesn’t feel the need to meet Hilton standards to make a profit?The management is annoying, they ask if you have a concern, then make excuses for the issue you bring to them. Ridiculous excuses. After I left, I received an email saying they would resolve the issue I had. That’s great, glad you are. Too bad you didn’t do it when I was there, instead of telling me I’m wrong.

Excellent service all days I spend here,very helpful and friendly staff.only problem is there is no public laundry room being here for 8 days it gave some issues. Restaurant is great in staff and menu choices.

Attended a function in a boardroom. Walking through the hotel and was impressed with the how large the facility was. They have everything there. I'm now keeping this location at the back of my head if I need to stay near the Winnipeg International Airport before departing the province via air travel. Staff too were very friendly.

Great place for a training seminar. Catered food from the hotel is really good. Staff were friendly and prompt.

I am normally a Marriott fan for stays, but when I am in Winnipeg, this is my new go to hotel. Five star staff, five star lounge and five star sleep quality. You won’t be disappointed.
