Went to purchase a truck that they had on the lot. The truck had been plated as a demo and i was told they would not sell it because they had no stock to replace it. Was never asked if i would like to order one or maybe purchase a different one that was on the lot. Very poor sales. Will not return.

Selling used vehicles AS IS is not good customer care. It's absolves Stockfish of actually investing in all products. I gave up and ended up getting my vehicle elsewhere, because buying a vehicle AS IS, is a complete waste of my time.

This car dealership has to have the worst service and customer care that I have ever dealt with. If there was a half of a star they would have received that instead. Terrible for a large dealership to have such low respect for their clients. Thank God that I do not own a Ford product.

Watched a friend buy a used F150 and purchased an additional extended warranty. The truck had wiring issues and they wouldn’t cover it. $30,000 truck $5000 extra warranty and he only had it 6 months. I can’t believe what’s they put him through. I love the Ford trucks but have to go elsewhere to purchase one
