This weekend I went to this Levi’s with my brother for some jeans. My brother is usually a very shy guy so it’s hard for him to communicate. We found some great jeans thanks to Sam. He was the nicest staff ever! He not only helped my brother but also made him feel so comfortable. Thank you Sam! Definitely will be coming back :)

Long line to try on clothes. They don't carry larger sizes in the store - must order online. I was ordering online in the change room when the clerk warned me of the rule to get out of the change room after 10 minutes. Generally, not a pleasant experience.

Good collection of jeans however black Friday deals are over now. Staff is courteous and helpful. They help you get the right size for the fitting you want

They don’t communicate! I wanted to exchange a jacket for another size. They told me no problem, you go to the cashier and will bring it to you! When I was paying, I realised it's 30bucks more, I wanted the jacket so I bought it! However, I would have appreciated it if they communicated it first!

The staff were super friendly but the cashier was rude.... Apart from that, it's a standard Levi's store like any other!
