Service has been decreasing as it has expanded. I have been a Bell Atlantic customer since 1969. This year I’ve had to install a 450$ signal booster to use my iPhone 11 after moving about 1.5 km. I can hear traffic on the 103, there are about 4 Bell towers very near but very poor signal strength. For the dates being charged this should be at least as good as it was just a few years ago!

Brad saved me! I was having technical difficulties with my new phone. I need my phone 24/7 for business purposes and lost the Bell network for over 36 hours- no phone, no text. I had called the 1-800 number three times with no successful resolution. I messaged Brad at the Bridgewater location and he had the issue fixed and sorted within 20 minutes. (MY HERO!) Thanks Brad! I just wanted a simple internet connection and at the time of connection I made sure that appointment should be either on weekend or evening as I am working during weekends. I got a a date of 19th of may 10 days later for the appointment.I got a call in midday from technician that we are here to install your connection, I told them my situation and that I am in my office now.I rescheduled it for 21st of may on the same day, 19th of may.Today I got no call and no service, when I tried to reach them they said they can't see any appointment for today and can book me for 31s of may but still can't give me any confirmation for that.Worst customer service ever received.

My husband and I upgraded our phones and received excellent customer service from Malcolm. He was able to answer all our questions , took the time to make sure we had the best phone plans for our usage, and did a wonderful job making sure we were set up with everything we needed.

Brad Getson, at the Bridgewater, NS location, recently sorted out a major service issue we had been trying unsuccesssfully to deal with ourselves. Within a few days, he efficiently solved a problem that had taken us 3.5 months and conversations with 14 different telephone customer service reps across the country with no resolution. He was polite, sincere, an excellent listener, well organized, and determined to provide satisfaction. Once our service dilemna was resolved, Brad was knowledgeable about the package that would best suit our needs. Bell Aliant needs more people like him!wewhat we neededcustomer service.

The management & staff in Bridgewater are amazing. I have been dealing here for years & have been treated like a friend & & not just a client, There is always a smile & a how is your family? To LeAnne & the crew there is no such thing as a stupid question ( for an old non techie like me most of my questions probably are) they very patiently answer them & invite me to come back anytime. Brad is an amazing tech and awesome with customer relations !! I just dropped in with a need for an international plan and phone upgrade and had the most wonderful experience. Brad set me up asap with the perfect plan and phone where he also explained new technology and how it works . Also cleared up issues I was having on my storage and totally looked after every concern! We need more Brads in the world!
