Went to Willow to see if they could do all the dental work I needed in house. Staff were very informative. 3D scanning available.Provided detailed breakdown of dental work to be done. I was impressed enough to schedule the dental work I needed.

Megan was efficient and very nice to work with. There was no wait time and I was out early. It was nice to meet Dr Dawn, but will very much miss Dr Lui!

This was my first appointment with Willow Dental. All went well with Hygienist Emily. Everything was thoroughly explained by her and I felt comfortable during the 1 1/2 appointment. I had no issues at all during this appointment and I thought a job well done on Emily's part. The women at the front desk took of everything for me as they made things easy for me moving over to Willow Dental from a previous dentist. Overall extremely happy with the service provided.

I’ve been going to Willow Dental for as long as I’ve had teeth. Waiting room is spacious, comfortable, and pleasantly appointed. Staff are always friendly and professional.

A great group of people who go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The quality of care is excellent, there is no doubt that patients are their most important priority.

Absolutely amazing team at Willow Dental. They are so professional and do a great job of explaining everything and putting me at ease. I get nervous in dental offices and am prone to cavities. I get nitrous oxide when undergoing anything more vigorous than a cleaning, and it helps enormously. Dr. Walsh is fantastic, as are all the dental hygienists. I won't go anywhere else for dental care.

Overbilled my insurance during my previous visit in September. They submitted one of the bills twice (for procedure code 01103). Both submissions were approved by my insurance, and both had the same procedure code but different claim reference numbers. Insurance paid them the $157 twice. The other procedures were submitted once, and had no issues.At the time, I didn't think much of it as I do not get close to maxing out my insurance every year, so I had a lot of room left for the rest of the year.Had my next appointment this week. As I was finishing up, I mentioned it to them and asked them to look back at my previous visit to see if they did accidently submit it twice. They instantly started giving me excuses about how it's not possible.First, they told me that they only submitted each procedure code once. They said this without even looking at my file in their computer. It was an instant response as soon as I asked them the question. I informed them that there were two submissions for the same procedure code.They then told me that it might be a glitch on my Insurance company's side causing the claim to show up twice. I informed them that each one had a different claim number, so it is not the same claim showing up twice due to a glitch or technical error.They then proceeded to tell me that even if they had submitted it twice, the second one would have been automatically declined by the insurance company. I informed them that both were approved and paid out by my insurance. They insisted that its not possible and that the insurance company would have declined the second one.I had my insurance account open on my phone whilst talking to them. I verified every excuse that they gave me. Two separate claims for the same procedure code. Both claims have different claim reference numbers. Both claims were approved and paid out.I initially wasn't too bothered by this situation as I don't get anywhere close to the annual limits of my insurance. It happened last September, and I didn't bother to call them at the time. I just figured that I would inquire about it during my next appointment, which I just had this week.What does bother me is them coming up with excuses and trying to convince me that I simply can't comprehend the information that my insurance is giving me. The information that my insurance has given me is very clear. For Willow Dental Associates to try to convince me that there are no billing errors and that I'm the one who is confused is beyond me.After this experience, I will not be returning. Had Willow Dental Asssociates admitted to the billing error, then the situation would have been fine and dandy. I didn't expect them to undo one of the two claims, but I expect them to at least admit that they made a billing error. People make mistakes. There is no shame in that. The least you could do is have some accountability for said mistakes.

I am blown away with the level of care provided from start to finish. Dr Elman was so patient and caring. I was so nervous and he made sure he let me know what was happening along the way. A post op call was even made to see how I was doing. He also gave me his cell in case I needed anything. I am coming back for sure!

Prior to today I hadn’t been to the dentist in years after having a poor experience at another dental company. I am so happy I made the switch to Willow Dental! The staff were very friendly and ready to help right from my very first phone call. Nikki the hygienist really listened to my concerns and explained things very clearly and very well so her knowledge put me at ease. She was detailed in her process so I knew what to expect through every step of the service. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr Elman was very friendly and welcoming right from the beginning with a positive energy that made me feel that I was in good hands. He described everything very well and in a manner that was easy to comprehend. He explained his approach for next steps and the reasonings why and I like that he also included the hygienist in the conversation. This really shows that the hygienist is knowledgeable and also that he has trust in her, again making the experience even more reassuring. The use of modern technology here is very good and helps visualize and understand the state of your oral and dental health a lot more. The facility was very clean, warm, modern and inviting. The ladies at the front desk, especially Shaka were very helpful in answering questions and explaining the direct billing process and were always smiling with a positive attitude. Seeing great people happy to work together makes a wonderful environment and amazing first experience for clients. Thank you so much for making my first experience back in the dental office such a positive one. I have a completely different outlook on going to the dentist now and I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

Always a pleasant experience with Yolanda at Willow. Looks like they always have the latestI technology and I got to try the 3d scan of my teeth, the iTero machine I believe.Thank you for all you do Willow team!!
