Very happy with a flat screen TV repair a couple of weeks ago. Repairs were finished within a few hours. The TV is still working without issues. The staff was friendly and repair cost was reasonable. Thanks guys!

Although I live in HamiltonI chose ERD in Brantford They did a good job on my Microwave at decent price. I was impressed with their honesty when they returned my 25$ which I was not aware of was refundable. I am very happy with their attitude and work.

I had 2 mid-fi integrated amps repaired very quickly and very reasonably after another repair shop was unable to diagnose or fix. Technician explained repairs and was personable. Don't get me wrong, It is a bit of a strange operation in that it is located in a small weatherized shed behind a house in a residential area but don't let that put you off as they offer excellent service and value. Highly recommend

I have an older, but great, massage chair with a mess of motors, gears, pulleys and circuit boards. Rick was able to quickly diagnose and repair it for far less than I had assumed it would cost.If you remember the old ways that businesses used to operate, this is one.*Best part* I was never put on hold, transferred, or asked to hang up and call another number. Rick either answered or called me back promptly. Text response was quick too. We need more Ricks!
