Worst customer service ever. No manners at allFirst visit- I had to go there to book ultrasound appointment for my wrist. I told lady at the front desk i am here for booking because no picks up the phone. She said there is a patient behind you and i have to help them first because you don’t have booking. I went to the counter after that patient and same thing, she did that to me 3 times. Eventually someone else booked me on another computer.Second visit- Ultrasound day for my wrist. My appointment was at 3:30 . I went in there 2:50, front desk receptionist was so rude straight away. Then i requested her to give me 10-15 mins extra because i had an urgent call between 3:20 to 3:40 , she replied she can’t even give a single minute and will cancel straight away if i am one minute late.I went in there 3:42 and as soon as i entered inside, i am not even at the desk. She yelled reschedule, she said tech was looking for me at 3:25 five minutes before my appointment.I had 2 terrible experiences with this facility and never going back there. I don’t know it was because of my colour or they are just are just purely rude and mean people.

We went for ultrasound on Sept.16.2022The behaviour of Miss.Melissa is very professional and down to earth.She treated us with great respect.No wait time.I wish all healthcare service providers are that kind and professional.ThankYou Miss Melissa for your help.

Very unprofessional, severely lacking in manners and basic customer service skills...front desk worker yesterday (February 16/22).No name badge/ID on so you don't know her name.Does not greet or acknowledge.She should not be working on the frontline in any setting....possibly put her in the back to clean the washrooms and areas not in contact with patients.I will NOT be using this location ever again.She helped to confirm my horrible feelings of regret about purchasing my home and moving to this ridiculous city.

I had a bizarre experience with the ultrasound technician here. During the appointment, she suggested that I had obtained my requisition for the ultrasound “fraudulently” (I hadn’t), and at one point asked me if I’d had a fallopian tube removed because she “couldn’t find it” (I haven’t). When she asked about my medical history and I told her I had had a recent diagnosis of a particular type of internal hematoma, she also challenged me and said that didn’t “make sense, because a hematoma is a bruise”. Frankly, she presented as a nut, and I left the appointment feeling very off-put.

I had an urgent situation and the staff at this location truly moved mountains to get me seen. I think it speaks to their empathy and professionalism.Christina was excellent in assuring me she'd fit me in. She was so kind and empathetic to my worries. She went out of her way to figure out a way to fit me in.Jessica, the ultrasound technician, was very nice and efficient in how she did the exam. She was understanding of my feelings and friendly throughout the exam! She really made me relax and I can't compliment her enough for that.

One of the worst front desk staff. No wonder all the recent reviews are bad. Owner just responds by saying call this number, try calling in hundred times no one answers, it says you have reached Steffanie I am away from my desk. Then don't leave a review here asking us to call if you cannot answer the phone. What a pure waste of time. Worst place to get ultrasound.

In out and accurate. Wait time is kept to a minimum and staff are kind and courteous. I've been to this location several times and had consistent results.

Had the worst experience at this location ever. I had an ultrasound for my prostate. I expect it to be somewhat uncomfortable. This went far beyond that. The tech just rammed the probe in. This is my third ultrasounf for the same thing. I know it does not need to be like that. My other 2 were at your Essex location. 4 hours later I am still experiencing pain. I wont go for another ultrasound. It is not worth itAs an update I called and left a voicemail for the director as suggested here. A week later I have still not received a call back. They obviously are not concerned about complaints. I have now put my complaint in writing and unfortunately will now be taking my complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities

Not impressed when someone attends on time for a scheduled appointment- required to drink water ahead of time for the ultrasound and has to wait. It's hard enough for a young person but when it is a 95 year old women it's extremely stressful. I think the schedules should be managed more carefully. On the positive the technician was excellent.

Have been trying to get thru for 3 days to cancel my appointment. Their web site is not working and no way to get thru by phone....just a giant loop of nonsense that takes you back to the beginning of the recording. I had to cancel because of a more urgent medical appointment. Furious!
