Stopped by The Detail Garage today and they had a little car show going on with music pumping and a pretty cool vibe,wanted to pick up some air freshner and the gentleman helping me pick out a scent was super helpful and really friendly (didn't get his name) and made the experience fun! Ron was working the register and told about the point system and was also really friendly! Just spent 30 bucks but I will definitely be back to purchase more products and maybe even get a wash and wax! Great job guys and top notch service,will definitely recommend them to my car scene buddies!

Great help. If I had any questions guy working said dont hesitate to come ask him. Dont have any buffing & polishing classes sceduled but took my # to contact me when they have some in the new year.

A fantastic place to wash your car at as well as buy products from to do it yourself (or for others) at home.Everyone there knows their products and has the right solution as to what you are trying to clean and how to do it. The staff are always friendly and helpful, I have absolutely zero complaints about anyone that works there. They do great work for the car community as well hosting local cars and coffee meets.There is a vast selection of products too. From waxes, ceramics, paint correction, head light restore kits, interior products, wheel cleaners, brushes and mitts, drying towels and plug dryers, foam guns, and even the buckets and pressure washers! You would not have to go anywhere else for anything else.If you're curious about the results of a certain product then why not try it out in their convenient indoor climatized wash bays. A great solution for winter car washes vs coin washes or touch washes. Yes Suds and Valet both will scratch your paint. Touchless washes never seem to do the job right either. If you dont have the time or know how, you can book an appointment to get your car cleaned there as well. My pictures are the results from me washing and waxing my car there. It was a 3 hour process.In summary: Your true one and only place for car wash supplies. Try using some of the stuff for your house hold cleaning too! Their car carpet solutions will work on your rugs, matts, couches and carpet too. Their leather care is great for your leather couch. Waterspot remover for your shower limescale. No-Nonsense invisible for stubbron stains (recently used to get shoe polish out of a rug, worked instantly).

This is the second time I have been to Detail Garage in Kitchener and again I am not disappointed. I sent a message on Facebook Sunday night asking if they had some compounds in stock. I got a message back quickly and was told Dario was going to call me the next morning. He did call.me and after a brief conversation he told me he would have what I need ready for pickup same day as I am an hour away. Arrive there and Ronnie had it ready for me. I did grab a few other things and Ronnie was more than happy to help me and answer all the questions I had. This is the #1 shop for all your detailing products. They go above and beyond for you hands down. Well worth the drive. I would not go anywhere else. Thanks guys for all your help. Appreciate it.

Amazing Place, Car lover's dream! They have everything you could possibly want for detailing, cleaning, waxing and taking care of your baby! Great and knowledgable guys working there as well....Was my first time there and will definitely be going back as it will be my new shop for all things car detailing!

Dario has been super helpful in my cleaning requirements as they are not your typical street cruiser. Always super friendly and knowledgeable, so glad to finally have a chemical guys store closer to home. Went in for butter wax and now I have a massive collection! The biggest thing is they dont push products, they make great recommendations to make maintaining you clean ride easier!

Have driven past this place multiple times and love the gorgeous mural on their building. Finally made it in - special thanks to Ronnie for helping me pick out all the supplies I needed to clean my new car! The dirt catcher in the bucket is a game changer. PS don’t forget to watch Rush and get into F1.

Great customer service and awesome products. Dario is very knowledgeable and G6 Hypercoat he recommended worked great on the plastic pieces in my engine bay and interior as well as tires.

UPDATE: I came in and saw Ronnie. I didn't end up buying anything but he is the redeeming quality of the store. Phenomenal employee that really knows his stuff and makes you feel welcome. I found out the previous person I spoke with was the manager sadly. Definitely worth going if Ronnie is there.Came in and was served by an older gentleman. Was not very pleased with the condescending questions.
