High Standards Overhead Door

We had an accident with our garage door this week and Trevor came and fixed it the next day!! With how busy things are lately, we were so impressed with such prompt service. We also dealt with Michelle in the office and she was amazing and helpful as well. This company definitely provides reliable, honest and incredible service. Thank you so much!

Would like to share my experience with Trevor. He quoted a couple garage doors for me and everything went smoothly till I shopped his quote around to other garage door dealers. That's when things went from great to not great at all. Trevor had a little outburst and was unhappy that I shopped around like anybody would looking to get a good deal on doors. Trevor was not the cheapest but he offered the best bang for buck. Unfortunately his lack of customer service and unprofessional attitude lost him the sale. Had to go with island overhead doors instead. No poor customer service there when I told them I had shopped around.

Trevor and his crew have always been there for our garage door needs. High standards has done some upgrades as well as repairs and they always live up to their name!Today the large door in my shop went wonky. A couple short hours later they guys were there as they were driving down island! WOW! Quickly and efficiently the door is functioning again!It’s always nice to support local, independent business and they come through when you need them!Thanks again.

5 stars are not enough for a rating sometimes and this was one of those times.My 1st call to High Standards Overhead Door was at 9:30am. By 11:15am on the same day, my garage door was repaired and back in service. 2 guys with a well stocked van, a couple of ladders a bucket of tools and a few minutes of pushing and pulling to install 2 new springs and the job was done.I know who I'll be recommending for either a new garage door or to repair an older garage door.Thank You very much for the quick, courteous and affordable service.

Amazing customer service. Our garage door was stuck open. This is a security risk for us to leave it open while we wait for repair. I called early Saturday morning asking if someone could come out to help. I know they do not work Saturdays. They returned my call immediately and within a half hour Trevor was at my home. He got the door closed and locked for us. So we are safe now to wait for the repairs. Angels on earth. Thank you for taking care of us! Ps Michelle was amazing she could totally hear the stress in my voice. And assured me Trevor was on his way!

Amazing quick and friendly service.Called late in the morning and had same day service, a complete install by the late afternoon. We were left with no garage door due to a miscommunication with their competitors and the competing company didn’t offer any sort of resolution or assistance when we called to explain our situation (no garage door, just a tarp protecting the garage contents) High standards went above and beyond to find us a door in stock that would fit our garage, and were here to do a complete install a few hours later. We ended up with a much higher quality and more attractive door for less than our quote with the other leading company in town. Not to mention a better customer service experience overall. We were very fortunate to have a standard size opening but based on my experience you can’t go wrong doing business with these guys.

Trevor goes out of his way when it comes to customer service. He contacted me after hours and scheduled an appointment the next day. He pretty much diagnosed the issue over the phone and he was correct. The cables on my large, heavy shop door had come off of the reels. His professional crew showed up the next day and repaired the problem. This is the second time I have used this company. The first was to install a heavy duty garage door opener. Both times my expectations were exceeded. Great company and awesome customer service.

My mom (Arlene) contacted Trevor for issues with her garage door not opening/closing properly. He responded to her immediately and had her door fixed by the next business day! Outstanding customer service and highly recommend his business!
