Billed me $200 higher than the original quoted price, and this was after they delivered 3 days late (and they didn't even have the courtesy to call us to let us know that they wouldn't make it on the day it was supposed to be delivered). When I asked the customer service rep about a discount, she said she'd have to speak with the manager. After being on hold, she told me her manager told her she was too busy to talk, and would get back to me the next day. Guess who never got back to me? I will never deal with Manitoulin again.

This is an incredible organization and Paul the manager is an excellent individual. I was having some tires delivered from Grand Prairie which is a relatively small load in relation to the volume of their business. All of the employees were uniformly polite and could not do enough to help me-I literally was treated like their most important client. There are many long-term employees in the Lethbridge office and they all seem very happy with their jobs. I have never dealt with a trucking firm before which has worked with such efficiency and pleasantness. I highly recommend the service
