At first glance the prices on the menu were surprising, but the service was super quick, and friendly!Bottomless coffee, and a plate so full it could have fed 2 easily!Can't wait to go again, and eventually bring my family!

Good thing the food was excellent. The waitress dropped 2 meal on me but they were so find and gave me my meal free and the rest of my group got 15% off. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there during our stay. Enjoyed everything.

Good spot to try toutons, but charging $5 for a green tea bag in hot water is absurd; no wonder they don’t have a listed drinks menu with prices. Service was very good, but won’t be coming back here.

Ordered the mushroom, spinach, cheese open omelette and it was huge. No paper thin omelette here, more like an inch thick for just the egg. There had to be like half a dozen eggs in it. Very tasty. Also ordered the touton breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese with a side of molasses and hash browns. Another large meal and also very good. A lot of dough though. Only issue is that there are no drinks on the menu. Ordered a coffee which came in a large cup but was also $4.85. I would also go directly to the website to look at the menu for pricing, Google Maps menu link, deep links to an old version of the menu and older prices. Service was quick and efficient by both the host and wait staff. The atmosphere is definitely cozy" and quaint. Small pathways and low ceilings and some unique small booths for two. We got a small booth right beside the front window which was nice. Overall good food

We had breakfast and dinner here. For breakfast, we ordered Harborside Big hardy breakfast, the dish is huge, it's too much for one person. So we shared it and added two bowls of yogurt with fruit. It's the best breakfast we had in St John's. For dinner, we had two lobsters. The lobsters were steamed, cooked at right level very fresh and taste delicious.

It is definitely the breakfast place in St John's. We also tried dinner. Both were excellent. Every dish was loaded with fresh ingredients. The sangria was loaded with fruit pieces. The Touton was the best of the three we had tried in different places. If it can be put on a Bengal it is on the menu.

The food was great. Absolutely delicious and huge portions as well. Service could be better. I didn’t really feel welcome overall but perhaps the server was just having a bad day.

Born & Raised here in St. John's, NL.Went this past Sunday morning and it was really, really nice. Great atmosphere, design & decor. Staff was friendly and even though it was packed full; I think on the 2nd floor we were 3rd to be served, all 4 of us got our food in 10 minutes I think. More importantly, all HOT. Tasted amazing. I should of come here sooner!

Went to this cafe 3 times while on our trip to Newfoundland. I suggest you getting there early as it gets super busy. Great food, large portions and great atmosphere. I would highly recommend checking this cafe out! Would love to go back again!
