Dilawri Collision Centre Oakville

**UPDATE**I got a reply to my review for Dilawri on Google apologizing for their staff stealing $100 cash from me and had asked me to email them to rectify this situation.. only for them to ignore my email. Very dishonest sketchy company. I'm saddened that they stole from me and probably others that trusted them too. I'm disappointed that they had replied to my review asking me to email them, yet ignored me when I did what they asked. The owner asking me to reach out to their management team was clearly all for show, to make it seem like they're trying to get me my stolen money back so others seeing this review would fall for it too lol. Sad. This isn't how you should treat people.I trusted this shop with repairing my vehicle after a collision, only to be rewarded with the body shop staff stealing $100 out of a wallet that was accidentally left in my glove box compartment. I had notified the Appraiser Matt La and Office Administrator Patty of this matter when they had returned the cashless wallet to me. The office staff told me the body shop staff probably took my money and there's nothing they could do to help me... It's very disappointing and disheartening to trust a repair shop with your vehicle only to be taken advantage of and have your hard earned money STOLEN from you.I have notified my insurance company of this and was urged to file a police report/complaint to warn others. I don't wish to do this, however I am thoroughly disappointed over this breach of trust and feel I should warn others of their dishonesty and lack of integrity.

George and his team did a wonderful job fixing my car. It looked like nothing ever happened to it. They did the job on time as promised and it was absolutely amazing job. Thank you guys for your wonderful customer service and your excellent job. I will highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with George at the collision centre. George and his team went out of their way to make sure my fender was fixed and for the best price possible. I got it fixed for over half price of what others were quoting me. Great place, fast service and quality work. Highly recommend!

I had a great car and customer service provided by Aaron, he was very helpful and understanding. There was some management issues and he was able to handle the situation perfectly and helped us greatly! The car was fixed and returned like new!

I didn't even get to have the work done because I couldn't get a quote from them. I went in on a Thursday, photos were taken of the scratches and an email sent to the collision centre manager. More than 4 days later, granted over a weekend, I clled the collision centre manager. He hadn't seen the email and said he'd read it as soon as he get back to the shop. It is now Thursday again and I've heard nothing from them. I wouldn't get work done there even if they do send me a quote.

George is incredible. I dropped my car off last Tuesday and picked it up today looking like new again.I thought I was dropping it off for a day for damage assessment, but when he called me, George told me the required parts were ordered and be in the next day.Seriously, I cannot say enough about this place. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else in or around Oakville.

As this is a part of Oakville Honda the quality of the parts is guaranteed. The staff is very effective in liaison with Insurance companies. Staff is very professional and customer oriented. Cat rental service is extremely efficient

Body shop Center:The quality of the work is very very low and the price is very expensive, I even doubt that they use the original parts, very dissappointing!
