I contracted with Dreamscreens to have some custom screens built for my deck project. They were manufactured precisely and the installation was straight forward which I chose to do myself. I'm very happy with the results, they work perfectly and make the space so much more enjoyable. As a company they were responsive and easy to deal with. A great experience, and I would recommend the Dreamscreens team to others.

We are using our screen for the first time since being installed in Oct. after a few days of using the screen, it rip at the top. We noticed that the bottom track was not properly installed. My Father called to explain the issue and the CSR who was not professional at all. They don’t stand behind there product and want you to paid more money for their poor workmanship. There solutions to us, was to use duct tape or sewing the screen. How does this solve the problem for poor quality.

I recently had new double retractable screen doors installed. The home I purchased 11 years ago came with a Dreamscreens set already but was ready to be replaced. I called a few companies to inquire about quotes but decided to stick with Dreamscreens because, not only were they one of first to get back to me, Samantha was warm and professional and the price was fair. Due to schedules, I had my doors replaced in a couple visits and had interactions with different people on their team. All were extremely pleasant and they really gave you confidence in that they knew what they were doing, but most importantly, they really cared about the service they were providing.The final installment was completed by Rui and I must say, he was such a kind individual who really wanted to make sure everything was perfect. He really took the time to make sure I was happy with the product and installment. Thank you Rui :)It's been a few months now and I couldn't be happier. I receive compliments from neighbours all the time. The screens are made with such high quality and the lines look amazing. (I also got black which was not a common colour with other companies.)If the old ones lasted 11+ years, I'm confident this new set will do the same.I highly recommend you give Samantha and team a call the next time you're in the market for retractable screens. You won't be disappointed with your investment.

We absolutely love our dreamscreen! Having the ability to raise and lower the 10 ft screen in our sunroom makes it our favourite room in the house. We have had the screen for just over 5 years now and have not had any issues! It seals perfectly and still keeps all the bugs out! We are now looking at extending the sunroom and plan to relocate the motor to the extension. Customer service has been very helpful with the planning of this project!

Very happy with the 2 Dreamscreens that we recently had installed. They look great and they function very well - high quality product. Great product, very professional and friendly installation service - would very highly recommend these screens! We bought them ourselves on a recommendation from another family member who has had them for about 10 years and has only good things to say...

We absolutely love our Dreamscreens! Chris and the team at Dreamscreens Canada worked with us to get them installed in a way that both protected our outdoor space but also looked attractive (by hiding them in a bulkhead). And when we had a slight glitch with the construction of the bulkhead, they came quickly to help get one screen back in working order.Having the screens has made the use of our outdoor porch all season long work very well - up during the day to enjoy the view and down before the bugs come out.As an added bonus, it provides a safe outdoor space for our 'indoor' cat!We love them and are so glad that Chris and the DreamScreens team were able to make them work at our home.

Very happy with our screen. Showed up with all the colours I asked for so we could make a decision in person at our house. Ronnie was our installer and he was wonderful; explained everything to us thoroughly and did a super job installing it. I'm really happy with the magnet that goes the full height of the doorway – it makes for a very clean look.

I am not impressed with the install of our dreamscreen. I've tried to ignore the look of this botched threshold, but I can't. The installer has no clue and my husband had to help him with it. He cut the threshold 2 too short and didn't bring materials with him in case he had to fix it. Now we have a random chunk of wood on each end of the threshold and it looks awful. If you care about the overall look and quality of the install
