Sorry...long horrible story.....I rented a mini excavator which was almost brand new when it was delivered by a tow truck operator!He unloaded it and showed me most of the controls...a couple he didn’t know what they did but he said “sorry...I’m just a tow truck driver”Then he presented the forms to be signed.“Sign here, here, and here” so of course I did (never again!)I asked for a copy but he said because of covid 19 I don’t get a paper copy but they will email me one.Well, I had an accident and rolled the machine on it’s side and it continued to run for 10 seconds before I could shut it down. Between that and restarting it too soon after righting it the engine was damaged.I was charged over $5000 for engine repairs and a full month rental while it was out of service.SURPRISE!!!NO INSURANCE!They don’t offer insurance and my home policy didn’t cover it....and of course I didn’t take the time to read the contract when it was delivered so I didn’t know that.Colin was pleasant enough...and technically gave me a break in that they didn’t charge me for the initial 2 day rental....only after I negotiated a little....but they still added the $12 for diesel!!!So...good people...but they just don’t care about you...just their bottom line.

I'm impressed with your service & prices. Its nice to get equipment on time & fully functional. Your driver explained the equipment and conditions well. Also, your phone service was efficient & your people were easy to work with. This was my best rental experience in a long time.

Most wonderful tool and equipment rental company that I have dealt with on forever. As soon as they picked up my call, I knew I was dealing with professionals. The agents were courteous and professional, and they provided me with excellent advice regarding my rentals. The part that I enjoyed the most was that their prices are reasonable and I was able to rent a 32 feet extension ladder for a weekend for a total of $30. I strongly recommend you go there for your tool and equipment rentals.

We rented equipment for the first time this week from A World of Rentals. It was an extremely positive, professional experience. Their COVID protocols put me at ease and they were extremely helpful putting the equipment in my car. I do not hesitate to recommend their service and will definitely be back for all my rental needs.

I have been renting from Chris and Colin for many years now. They and their team have always been super helpful and provide stellar customer service. Kingston is lucky to have this family run business. They rent quality equipment and it is always a pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend them.

I had an exceptional experience at this rental business. I was working out of town and needed a specialty tile saw. Not only did they have what I needed but they also carried a high end tool and the correct blades for the job. The entire experiance was a complete pleasure. I had a chance to speak with one of the owners and they where extremely friendly and helpful. This is my go to spot for rentals in Kingston. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I rent from this family run business every time I need a rental. They are professional, friendly and very helpful. And they are cheapest in Kingston I've found. I will be back
