Less expensive than the other places in and around town. Bed was fine for a quick place to sleep while rolling through, and the room was very large for the price, but value losf from unclean conditions. Floor in the entry way of the room was sticky and the bathroom was not well cleaned. Hair in the sink, leaking shower head, and the drain cover for the shower was rusty and disconnected. I opted to close the bathroom door and use the sink in the kitchenette. Room was good enough for the night, but wouldn't be on my list of places to stay with the family.

Beds are comfortable, breakfast had real scrambled eggs. It was the cheapest in town, you save like $3 booking online through Expedia (which I hate doing). They have really nice suits if you cam pull one with a full size fridge.

Room wall above bed was very dirty and wallpaper was ripped off on right hand side, very dirty bathroom door by handletoilet flushes very weak and slow to re fill. Outlet on lamp did not work I had to request a extension cord to plug in my CPAP devise. Office chair is very poor and leans way back and gives no support, small black Stain on one on the duvet covers. Furniture show signs of lots of wear and tearno one was on staff here to meet me on arrival

Stopped in late one night on our road trip. The desk staff looked absolutely miserable. The rooms were not clean. They had refillable soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom and it looks like they are just topped up, but never actually cleaned. The stuff at the bottom looked absolutely disgusting so we didn't use it.Overall did not enjoy our stay. So much so when we saw other hotels in their chain on our travels we looked for other options instead.

Rooms were neat and clean. Service was excellent. Pretty good option in such a remote town of Saskatchewan. Breakfast was fresh and good. Overall good place to stay. Recommended.

I came to Carlyle to get a head start on my next job after working a long day in Estevan.I was unsatisfied with the state in which room was in. The shower head was broken, there was mold and mildew in the shower area.,the drawers were dirty and there was dead beetles between the mattress and box spring and also in the bathroom lampshade. The room felt very dirty.I brought this to the attention to the staff at the front desk and they were having a hard time understanding what my problems were with the room. They began talking in a different language and were laughing, and then came to the room to remove the dead bug. I left to go for supper and came back to my room unlocked and door open.I eventually decided to leave the hotel and drive back to Estevan to stay in a different hotel.

Pretty average hotel, the room wasn't particularly clean but was manageable. Service provided to any issues was fast & effective. Breakfast is provided. Overall, this hotel works in a pinch
