My laptop HD was done, and I had some tax file I desperately needed. My friend recommended Dexter, and I was more than happy. I called 3 different computer stores and all but 1 quoted me more. They would only retrieve some files tgey said and charged for more. Dexter not only got me my files back but put in a new hard drive and fixed my keyboard that was also giving me issues at no cost. It was a good laptop but I already bought a new one so I didn't expect much. Totally exceeded any expectations. All I thought I was getting was a usb with my files (that's what the other stores promised), and now I have ALL my files AND a working laptop... Excellent service and exceeded all my expectations!!!

Poor experience with Dexter. He inquired about purchasing a Rose Gold IPhone 6 on a Facebook buy/sell group that my girlfriend posted for sale for $300. Upon inquiry of the phone, my girlfriend stated all problems upfront, which led to him offering $200 and a meet scheduled for Wednesday, August 2nd. Then, he had rescheduled to Saturday August 5th, 3:30PM. On the day of, he messages an hour before saying he had a massive headache and cannot make it. He then reschedules to Sunday, August 3rd for 3PM.Flaws of the phone(pictures for reference):- Screen had been serviced by a non-apple company (repair job left a sub-par LCD display)- Carrier locked- Battery expanding- Dents on the chassis~Note that these flaws have been explicitly stated prior to his offer on the phone.We get to the meeting location and he shows up an hour and a half late due to an accident on the highway (understandable).We finally meet him and he then proceeds to dismantle the top part of the phone by taking off the two bottom screws and popping-off the top screen with a flat-head screwdriver. After inspection he proceeds to reiterate the exact flaws that were already stated verbally and through messaging. After putting back the phone together he proceeds to test it, at this point there are now chunks of broken LED strips all along the bottom half of the phone. He said it was going to cost him a lot of money for the parts to fix it up and then offered $100.I understand the cost of replacing the battery and other parts, but it is the fact he had rescheduled a second time (while we were already on our way to meet him), offered $200, then dismantled the phone and further damaged it, leaving us little option but to accept a $100 offer. Had we turned down the offer, we would now have a damaged phone on our hands, something which he did. For anyone in the future considering his buying-methods, do not trust it.

My son's phone screen was shattered and we contacted Dexter to have it fixed. It was the best experience as he completely replaced the screen at affordable price now its looking and working just like a brand new phone again. We highly recommend Shire Mobile for any cellphone repair you may need. Very professional, affordable and will do their best to fix it as soon as possible with quality care. Thanks to Dexter.

I brought my phone in to be diagnosed at 2pm on a Saturday and it was repaired by 6pm. He sent me an update with a photo once the phone was opened up and let me know what the problem was, and he was able to get it fixed without needing to order any parts. Excellent service!
