I have been a long time client and I trust the professionalism and expertise. I work in an office and from home a lot and am sitting down often and for long periods of time - this causes me to have lower/mid back stiffness. I also play a little tennis which creates back/shoulder/neck pain. I go to body maintenance massage therapy to help with these and always leave feeling much better than when I arrive.

Jennifer takes her time really finding out history and addressing any concerns. As someone who has become used to chronic pain, it's wonderful to have a break from back pain for first time in years!
