No one answered the phone after an hour…. Either closed, no staff or just too busy to answer the phone - a call waiting system would be useful so you know where you are in the queue!!

Visited 3 times,twice I was in the right and given wrong advice but I persisted and won my case against 2 separate companys. I would give separately 5 stars to a young girl who gave very helpful useful information a long time ago unfortunately I cant remember her name.The other times since have been a waste of time and no help at all.

Attended here to ask for some legal advice regarding housing for a family member. We didn't get the advice we required they was more into providing information about finances (we wanted to know about Tenancy agreements). Was given more info to look at online. This place is overworked and under staffed.

If you have a problem they are very helpful. The lady we saw was very knowledgeable and helped resolve our issues. Can't phone direct.which a bit of a negative but walk in without massive wait. You have to be prepared to come back if need specialised advice.
