We have used TRH for onsite services for yearly comprehensive preventive maintenance. Quote for this service was fair. It compared with what's out there for this service. The one star is for an email quote I received for a product. My issue with this quote was the missing shipping fee". I believe in transparency for good business. So to my SUPPRISE when I saw the invoice with a shipping fee cost the same as the product
