Beyond impressed by the customer service at Guildford mall!Assistant manager Aryn was just beyond incredible in sourcing a product I've been trying to smuggle home w/o hubby ruining my Xmas surprise.Just Awesome.It's so seldom people go above and beyond in retail and considering what they often have to put up with on a daily basis, I really can't blame them. All i have to say is I Really Appreciate the effort they put in for me here.Great store

They always have the best Nightmare before Christmas merch and most cool stuff. Staff is always hit & miss but I have found them helpful.

Merchandise is awesome but sizes and certain varieties are often lacking (staff don't control or have any effect on stock shipments) and there is only one changeroom. It's a little cramped. The staff are amazing and always helpful.

Great service at this location. Workers were very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Went for my first time to get birthday presents for my daughter. Staff was so helpful and really nice to me. I ended up getting amazing savings due ro the sales taking place.

great costumer service very nice people! but look at the clothes before you buy them, i just bought a carebear hoodie. once i got it home i noticed brown/red stains on it :(

I have been buying a lot of clothes here for more than 5+ years. It's my favorite store at Guildford Mall. As a Marvel fan, whenever there's a new movie/show that I watch and like, I go here. I've been collecting these T-shirts for many years now. When I'm old, I have a collection to look back on and be proud of.The place is good. The employees are nice. Even if they are busy, they still help you out.I like how they also have anime and alternative music merch available.Unfortunately, no fault of their own, sometimes I look online at Hot Topic and there's no way they can send it here as some shirts are only from America and not for Canada. I often want to get a specific shirt but sort of settle for the ones available here. It's okay though, the designs are still good, but there are occasionally better designs online.Additionally, if you were to request a shirt from another branch, they don't do that as it's their corporate policy. I sometimes have to go to Metrotown to get the sized shirt I want and vice-versaI like the store and franchise a lot. I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

Girls at the counter when checking out on sat April 1 around 3:30pm were very rude. They asked for my phone number and when I declined they kept persisting and when I said no again 2 more times because I don’t have a hot topic near me so don’t need to collect points they started whispering to each other and laughing at me. Love the stuff here but I’m going to shop online from now on.
