Absolute horrible customer service. Every time I have gone to that place I needed to wait sometimes up to an hour and a half. Needless to say this will be the last order I have straps I will be taking from them. They make you feel like you did something wrong even though I called and pre-ordered the product and they assured that it would be ready when I came to pick it up. I think misplaced communication with the phone line and the workers at the facility is a big cause of their problem as well but it doesn't seem like they have the determination to fix this problem.|
