If you need firewood stay away because you won’t get it! It’s been over two weeks since our delivery date and we attempted to contact them many times without success so we gave up and canceled our order. Bad customer service!

Great quality, clean dry hardwood excellent for home or cabin heat. These guys don’t mix their firewood with softwood as filler or green wood. Hard to find good honest hardworking people who pride their business and strive to withhold a top notch reputation. Highly recommended! Don’t bother shopping around!

I ordered two cords of wood for delivery and nothing showed and no one called to advise the order wouldn't arrive. I had a hard time getting in contact with someone as their phones don't get answered most of the time. After finally getting a hold of someone they advised me that the order would arrive the following weekend, but nothing showed up and no one called to advise it would be late. I tried calling the next morning but couldn't get a hold of anyone again. I decided to get with another supplier and the service was much better. I'll never order from Ken's firewood again.

Ordered a double load. Took 3 months to get the 1st load. After several calls-texts and messages and broken delivery promises we have cancelled the remaining order and gave our order to another provider. The load we did receive had at least 1/2 cord of ends.

Wet wood - friendly service. Just picked up 8 bags of wood today, and got home disappointed to find it was all wet. However, I will say the service was exceptionally friendly and quick.

I had a great experience ordering firewood with Ken's Firewood. Dan quickly responded to my online request and gave clear, concise information on price, as well as updates on delivery times. The delivery driver was extremely courteous and conscientious about unloading the firewood. The firewood looks great! Looking forward to some cooler weather so that I throw a few logs in the fireplace. I am very happy with the service and the quality of the firewood. I would definitely recommend Ken's Firewood.

It took a while to get my order of firewood, but it was worth the wait. The firewood was very well dried and was in a higher quality than I got from another vendor. I had many of neighbours asking where I got this wood and I strongly recommended this place. I will definitely order again in the next year. Thanks for the business!

Great hardwood firewood. Burns nice. Extremely convenient delivery. Dumped the wood in the driveway. The delivery driver Doug was very friendly and helpful. Wore a mask on delivery. Dan was always extremely quick to respond and flexible to make delivery arrangements. I will be using their service every year for my firewood.
