They have free WiFi and it’s 35 mbps (!!). More than enough to watch Netflix while you wait :)Facilities aren’t exactly sparkling clean but they’re decent. One machine swallowed one of my coins but the lady working there was nice enough to give me another one.

The best Laundry in Surrey. The owner’s are very nice people and they actually care for their business. Prices are very cheap compare to other places as dryer runs for 4 min per 25 cents which is cheap than other places. Enough parking and clean unit. They also do stitching. Wifi is available as well. What else y’all want ?

I was having a single load of laundry/ few clothes that could be fit in 1 dryer easily and the guy who sits at front desk comes to me and says that i should put my clothes in 2 dryers instead of 1 single dryer. I said bro that doesn’t make any sense as i do not have much clothes than he argues and said - it doesn’t matter i need to put in 2 different dryers. Insane - now at laundry stores as well they started putting unnecessary restrictions even after paying them for the wash lol!! Will not return back to this location as it was clear that the guy is trying to make some extra money by just pushing to put clothes in 2 different dryers.

I had been there for few times but last time I had a bad experience with the service lady she has zero customer service and communication skills although the male guy was really good and helpful .

Very irresponsible Owner. Never keeps any info about the customer and gave away my all clothes himself to someone else. I went to him for 1.5yrs & trusted this guy thats why I used to get my outwear clothes too. I lost my all clothes worth more than $1000.

Seriously the best laundromat I've ever spent my time in, so quiet and calm and the man that works there is so helpful and outgoing and is always making sure everyone is good and he's keeping things clean...but he's not annoying. Also it's the most reasonable priced place, it's not overpriced at all, so instead of spending like 50$ on the washer and dryer at other places, I spent less than 20$ on 6 loads - I've done 6 loads before elsewhere and it was so effing expensive!!! - all in all, im going there from now on.

Zero communication skills from the owners. Used a triple load washer and another customer told me that when I left there had been no water in the machine for the majority of the cycle. When I tried to speak to the woman working she brushed me off and I couldn’t understand her. She ended up knowing that there was no water in that washer and did nothing to rectify the situation. Yet when you “put too much in a washer” or do anything wrong they have no problem coming up to you and messing with your stuff. Never coming back. Side note don’t use the bathroom here as it’s DISGUSTING.
