Charmed Aroma

I was gifted a candle from my boyfriend from this store and thought the scent was amazing. But once i lighted up the candle the other wick would not stay on flame. As the other wick was working perfectly fine, the other would burn out in a few seconds. As for the ring inside, it was way to big. Im not sure if this has happend to anyone or i just got a bad candle. I had no chance of returning or exchanging the candle since it was a present and no gift receipt.

I love the variety of scents they have, my favorites are Harry Potter, plus the staff is the friendliest.

Really cool concept and the jewlery I got was really nice! I love the desgins available in the black diamond collection, but the bath bomb is super pigmented and dyed my skin.

Bought a ring bath bomb for my friends Christmas gift. First issue was I was double charged and didn't know until I checked my bank account. No big deal, went back for a refund. They couldn't figure out a debit refund so had to do cash. Again, wasn't a big deal on its own. Workers were very friendly and let me skip the line to get back in so that was nice. Then my friend uses her bath bomb which is labeled size 7 and it contains a size 6 ring. Reached out to customer service and what they could do is replace the ring with another randomized size 7 ring, different from the one she received to keep their system fair". Im thankful to atleast get the replacement

Have bought 3 large ones. They smell amazing. Gifts are cool. Price on sales are awesome.

Great selection, everything was very clean and well kept. At first I didn’t like the smell of the hemp/eucalyptus stress relief candle but my girlfriend got one for my room and it smells amazing

Love the candles! Ring inside was very cute! But my bath bomb was another story.....k, loved the aroma, loved the necklace, but it really made the bath water black, and I really had to scrub to get the tub clean afterwards. Before you ask, yes, the tub was clean beforehand.
