ken's Auto

We were recommended Ken's by SO MANY PEOPLE. They narrowed down an issue we thought was electrical and costly to simply being a battery issue. It ended up being an expensive battery; but that has to do with thorough service that checked everything else FIRST. We like that they took their time, trialed/errored until they got to the bottom of it. Best thing was it was seen, looked after, figured out and repaired all before the end of the day. Talk about awesome service. Will be returning.

I was there two days ago for a MVI. Yesterday my front right tire started to make a weird noise that quickly became louder, I checked the wheel and discovered that all the bolts were completely loose and the wheel was coming out of its place, the reason for the noise with every spin. I tightened it as best as I could to keep driving and called the shop to ask them to be more careful next time, as I was sent back to the road with a wheel that could have came out and would have caused a much more serious situation. To my surprise, instead of acknowledging their mistake and trying to do better, the lady on the phone let me know that the bill they handed out to me had a clear indication about the need to re-torque the tires after the inspection. Said warning (picture below) indicates the need to do so after 100km which is understandable, but I live not 2 kms aways from the shop. Somebody forgot to tighten that wheel and all I was looking for was the decency of accepting what I hope was an honest mistake, not even any further service to the car. Do better.

Honest, trustworthy, and reasonable. They understand that most people are living on a budget and will do their best to accommodate service to best suit your needs. willing to do repair work 1 repair at a time so its not a massive bill all at once. Ive only had good experiences with Ken's Auto and I wouldn't go anywhere unless i absolutely had to.

Most honest in town. Family run and the nicest people ever. They only fix what needs to be fixed and at very reasonable prices!!

You can trust ken's Auto for a good service and fair price

I never usually write reviews, but Kens Auto needs to be recognized for what they do.I recently had bought a truck and just these past weeks have noticed a grinding sound from my brakes. I had suspected it was my ABS kicking in, but I needed to be sure it wasn't something worse. This sound and feeling was something I hadn't heard before, so I was a bit concerned. I decided to bring it in to Ken just before work, and I explained that I didn't have an appointment but wondered if they could fit me in. The kind Lady at the desk went out back to ask Ken if he was able to take a look. Within seconds Ken came out and greeted me with a smile, he took me for a drive and explained what, and why it was happening. As a young driver I really appreciated the confirmation and the explanation.And to Ken, I really appreciated your patience and your willingness to take the time to deal with me!I heard about Kens Auto from a lot of people after I had a few poor experiences at other shops. Kens Auto felt like a family environment, everyone was very kind, and Ken was honest. This will be the only place I will bring my vehicles from now on. 5 Stars!

Super as always! Ken and Nancy go out of their way to get your vehicle fixed up at a fair price. They're prepared to work with you and try a small fix (if that's what you want and you're prepared to go back if it's turns out to not be the solution). But they won't compromise on safety.Great prices on tires too!

Not sure where all you other people went but it sure wasnt here! The mechanic and secretary were very nice but the owner he is nothing short of a thief. rude to the bone and thinks he writes all the rules and laws! My wife was charge 130 dollars for a tire change and to have the owner run his mechanics inspection into the dirt like he was nothing. The owner is way to rude and should never be or been in business i strongly recommend you look else where for good service
