Well my friend used to go here for all his computer related repairs and items. They have a mobile phone repair shop operating out of here that is supposed to be reputable. The phone repair guy has disposed of my property knowing that I am coming to have picked up. These guys should be doing business with people that are reputable and not shady unprofessional characters

So wonderful to find a competent computer repair store! Marlon was able to fix my computer in 1 afternoon and sent me text updates and photos throughout the whole process to show me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Very reasonable rates considering the speed at which they were able to get my desktop back to me. He even followed up to make sure everything was working well after the fact. Would highly recommend!

Brought my computer in because it was running really slow. They said I need a new head drive, the job took 3 times longer than they said and never contacted me to let me know it was not ready on the day they said it would be and I went all the way to the store to be told to come back in another two days. When it was finally ready it was marginally faster but not as fast as it should have been, and it just got slower over the last few months and now 6 months later it is worse than before takes up to 30 minutes to open a simple program. Waste of time and money!!!!!

*edit to add reply to DTI's comment (added to end of review)*Guy instore was nice. But the 3rd party repair guy/tech they use is terrible, rude, and blames everyone but himself for his mix-up. I would have been less upset if he had just acted like a mature adult and accepted responsibility, acknowledging that just maybe he had a hand to play in the issue. But nope. Just continued to talk over me and say it was my fault, or the other people involved in the issue's fault, or the instore workers' fault.*I feel that this is an appropriate place for my review. Yes, the repair guy was a third party. But you have chosen to work with/align yourselves with him. Same as any hired staff - by continuing to work with them you more or less are saying you're fine with how they treat your customers and are okay with how they conduct their business. Consider: you found out someone you were contracting work to, regularly scammed people or was abusive to senior citizens, is that someone you'd still want to associated yourself with? To continue supporting him by providing him a steady supply of work? If I found out my local cafe got their baked goods from some lady whole went around terrorizing fellow neighbors, I would question the cafe owner's own values and take my business elsewhere. Who you choose to work with is a reflection on you and your own morals.

Hi, I had a problem with converting a pdf file that had been scanned to a Word document. I contacted DTI in Sidney and asked for help. They suggested a web-site that would allow me to do the job myself, for free. So I tried and ran into another problem with file format and called them back. They immediately volunteered to help me out and within minutes they had resolved my problem. Even better, they did it for free. I call that excellent customer service and I am totally grateful for their help!

I needed assistance with my old (10+ years) computer. Marlon found the problem (a chip had given up and it was replaced). When I got the computer home, I could not reinstall it (have a large TV as screen). Marlon came to my house to fix it and it all works fine now—at no charge. Aug 5th I went into DTI in Sidney with my lenovo laptop to have the fan replaced. Stacy asked if I wanted to take it home until the part arrived, I said yes. The computers fan was running hot, I felt it should be replaced. He ordered a part and told me approximately 8-10 business days. 5 weeks went by, Sept13th I called and was told the part was at the other store and stacy would be bringing it to sidney today, Tuesday and if i could bring the computer in to be there by 3 he would start working on it. I hear nothing for 2 days, Thursday, I called to be told he had the part in sidney, tryed to put it in, realized he'd ordered the wrong fan, I said do not order another fan, put it back together I'll pick it up tomorrow. I give them 2 more days, don't hear anything, call at noon Saturday, he says still not done 'gimme an hour.' 2 hours later I go in, not done, 'stacy tryed to put it back together, made a mistake ' and asked this 3rd employee to 'fix' it. He tells me he'll call as soon as.... this is 2 pm Saturday afternoon, what time do you close, I ask, 4 pm. Yup, you guessed, no call. Today is Monday the 19th sept, go in to shop, start laptop it has a 'fan error' before dying, rattles, sorry I'm so angry at the whole deal. A. It wasn't broken when i brought it in. B not my fault a wrong piece was ordered, oh I did pay for it up front, which has been returned,. And so on. I have the computer and will be taking it elsewhere. If asked who did this, obviously screws running around in there now, I will admit.There's always 2 sides to every story, your turn.

They definitely live up to their name! FastFix at DTI Computers was super fast. They went above and beyond to fix my phone glass, even finding the right colour that they didn't have in stock at the Sidney store - and still got it fixed the same day! Thanks again :)

I can't say enough good about these guys. I have been in several times and they have fixed more than one of my computer / electronic components when I didn't think it would be possible; saving me hundreds of dollars or more. They provide excellent value for their services and are genuinely interested in helping me as a person. They also know how to speak simply. I give DTI my unqualified endorsement.
