Placed an online order for an expected easy pick up on December 21st, the busiest time of year. Had to wait 15 minutes to get my order but was expected anyways. Get home, try on the sweater and leggings I purchased to find the security tags were not removed. I don’t live nearby this mall and will have to drive 30 minutes and probably drive around the parking lot for another 30 minutes to find a parking spot and go back to get this removed. Super disappointed and staff should take the time to make sure these are removed before pick up.Edit December 27th: Was personally contacted by the store manager in a timely manner and received a resolution that I am happy with. It was great customer service and I appreciate the store manager standing behind their product and service. Thank you Karen!

My friend and I both had a great experience today. We had some questions about the lifetime warranty on the leggings, Isaiah was a huge help and was so friendly. He answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of before his shift ended. Truly fantastic customer service, we can’t wait to go back. Thanks Isaiah! :)

Choices seemed to be limited. Got referred to the Internet in stead of suitable alternatives. Not sure because it's less work or of they simply didn't care. (store want busy at the time) Three stars just because the lady at the cash was very friendly and helpful.

Their online store is awful! They let me review a product I never received and later they said I did not follow their guidelines of review. It seems that only good reviews will be posted. I will never shop there again!

Hope and Morgan are both amazing, helpful employees who go above and beyond to help enhance customers' experience. Thank you for caring about your customers!Karen is horrible to deal with! She is abrupt and very unfriendly! My family, friends and I avoid her when we visit this location.

Normally I do not feel comfortable shopping at Lululemon because I feel pressured and judged by the employees that work at any location I have been to. My experience at this location was completely different - I had a very positive experience and will now exclusively shop at this location. Everyone in the store was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel like a valued customer (and human being). Even while in the change room, I could overhear the employees talking to other customers in the change room area being very friendly, and giving genuine and non-judgemental assistance and advice. Everyone working was great, I definitely recommend this location!
