Red Deer Mitsubishi

While we didn’t end up getting a car, our experience here was absolutely amazing! Carson was one of the nicest and most honest cars salesman we’ve ever worked with. Kyle and Krista were also wonderful. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Dealt with Kate and Ethan both were great and Kate even stayed late so i could pickup my vehicle when it was ready. The AC compressor exploded 4 days after buying the car and they sent 2 vehicles to pick them up, dealt with towing the car to the shop supplied a vehicle to drive around while it was being repaired and even helped my wife switch the car seats between vehicles. Definitely an A+ experience

Janelle from sales excellent to deal with and got me into an excellent vehicle, the finance lady was easy to deal with and talk to. I know Red deer mitsubishi had a bad reputation from previous years. I had no issues while dealing with them. The service area and the parts department is also easy to deal with.

I had salesman Carson from start of purchase to end. I made a few decisions on what I wanted and if I wasn't sure I would ask and get an answer. After several frustrating experiences elsewhere, buying a new car at Red Deer Mitsubishi was a great experience. Everyone we interacted with was respectful, friendly, and very willing to work with us to meet our needs. Janelle and Krista were wonderful the day I picked up the car.

My salesman, Cowboy Colt was an absolute gentleman and didn’t pressure me at all like the other dealerships do. I had a bad experience at this dealership in the past so he and Ethan in finance did everything they could to get me a car I was happy with and deserved. (Shout out to my best friend! Sorry Krista, if there’s a next time I’ll wait until you’re free!). Colt sold me a beautiful RVR in white, which was very important! The last time I went in I said “anything but a red car” and I got pressured into a red car and have not been able to move past it. They gave me a reasonable trade-in and got me in a vehicle I love with payments I can afford. The treatment by the staff overall was absolutely amazing and they have gained a loyal customer. There is a culture of family and friends there and I will tell everyone I know that this is the place to go!

We have recently purchased a new car from Red deer Mitsubishi. This is my best vehicle purchase experience so far. The sales team of Janelle and Jeff took care of the whole process so well. Even though I live in Calgary, I am glad I approached Red deer Mitsubishi for the car purchase.

Wife and I were car shopping went to three different dealerships, we’re looking for brand new five passenger or third row vehicle.Walked in to Red Deer Mitsubishi were greeted warmly asked what we wanted but we didn’t want white or black.They looked in their computer had one 2023 outlander, a couple months old with everything we wanted , so not brand new, but only two months old and we saved a bunch of money.This is the second Mitsubishi we have purchased from this dealership and couldn’t be happier with the staff or service..KYLE, our salesman did everything to get us the best price and a few extras that we asked forWould highly recommend this dealer.Jeremy & Colleen
