LKQ Canada Auto Parts - Hamilton

10 year professional here to tell you never waste your time with LKQ, unless you want over priced, broken parts or incorrectly picked parts with no reasonable return policy (cash on delivery, but months for a return). Over the years I have learned my lesson. Industry worst service and prices.

The front office staff are friendly, but unfortunately their communication between call centre is terrible, and they show no ownership of mistakes. It took me FIVE trips to the Stoney Creek location to get the right part. Need serious help improving their customer service, logistics, and corporate responsibility to the customer.

Worst place, asked person to double check and still wrong part given, so mad and now im out of car for long weekend

the closing time is wrong, they do not answer the phones, they answer reluctantly.

Waste of time parts place. Stoney creek front desk service is the worst I ever seen.I was there at 4::30pm and they told me there was no one to get my part off the shelf. I don’t recommend this place.Front desk staff is bad and not helpful.

Worst Service for parts They Don’t Answer properly on calls or Most of The times they just put the Calls on the hold

Disrespectful and unaccommodating staff. Purchased and had to return a part from keystone. Was quoted 2-3 weeks for a refund. When 3 weeks had past and no cheque arrived I followed up with staff KATHY and was told they had not yet started the process. I was told the cheque would be in by today (4 weeks later) and still has not arrived. When I called to follow up they were unanswered. When I did finally get through by using a different extension to her I mentioned this isn't very good customer service and was told that's nice I'll take it into consideration". Staff on the phone lines are extremely rude and make for an uncomfortable customer experience."

I give them one star cause they had a low km engine for my truck and I got it fast. The engine has problems and they won't fix it and the warranty company tried one thing and it did not work. So now they said that there is nothing they can do now cause three months is up for my warranty. Even though the first day I got the engine put in it was not right at all and called them the next business day to them. The only thing LKQ said its the chance you take for buying used stuff. So now I got $6,000.00 into this engine because they cover parts but not labour and they can no longer help me! If I spent 1 thousand more I could have gotten a brand new one. I will not buy from them again and suggest you to look at another company that will stand behind the stuff or at least will give money back or at least replace it!

Although they didn't have what I was looking for ,the representative was really helpful.
