Riverside Counselling
Shelby is excellent at what she does! She is easy to talk to, understanding and I feel like I'm in a safe space during our sessions. Shelby is also trained in EMDR which is making significant impact in my life. Since starting working with Shelby, my grief of multiple losses in a short time has eased, the weight is no longer as heavy. She also always has great techniques and ideas up her sleeve. Shelby is a genuinely authentic person to chat with. I feel grateful and lucky to have found Shelby and highly recommend her!
