Dulux Paints

I purchased 6 gallons of paint during the Dulux buy 1 get 1 free sale. I didn't know the colours that I wanted so I brought home the white with the intention of heading back to get them all tinted.I stopped into the North Van store on my way to a meeting and was helped by the Asst. Manager. He was very helpful. He explained that for a few of the colours I was looking for I had the incorrect base. Even though this was the case, he worked with me to get all 6 gallons exactly as I wanted them with no additional charges...even though I screwed up on the base choice.I came back after my meeting and was helped to my car with my paint cans :)A very nice, simple process.Thank you,Cherie

I don't get impressed by Dulux but this store is amazing. The service is impeccable. 7:30am service and handled the order single-handedly while juggling 3 other customers in line. Mind blown.Competitors need to send people here to learn why.

Tried to order some paint and get some questions answered and got a lot of that depends" and "you must have got it wrong". Manager seems more interested in defending his turf than selling paint or keeping customers. Like the paint but not this store."

This is my go-to store for paint and Supplies . The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They will advise you on your projects and make recommendations.

I NEVER write online reviews, but these people were so amazing and so helpful and so knowledgeable about colour - I have to give them a shout-out. Dayna, who helped me, has just a ton of experience with paint and colour, and she went to the ends of the earth to get the colour to what I wanted. Above and beyond.

As a contractor you would expect there pricing system to be consistent across the locations. Unfortunately this is not the case, one location we paid 40.00 more for a 5 gallon pail. I certainly don't have time to play games with companies that cannot be honest in their dealings.Time to move to Coverdale Paints!

As a homeowner consumer the staff at dulux are very patient and answer all my questions. I had hired a color consultant and the colors she picked were all wrong. Jlenia spent a long time helping me out. I hired her to come to the house and she was cheaper and worked hard to get everything just right. Plus I got a discount on the sample cans. Went back later to get paint for the fence. Doesn't look as fancy as the other stores but service was exceptional.

Fast and friendly service and quality paints and stains. The store is easy to park at and access. Usually it’s not busy and you’re in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend as the quality of the paint is top notch.

Great service. BCAA members get 25% off.Go midday and it's dead quiet all the pros have come and gone.
