Paid for a service I didn't need. I came into the bike shop after installing a new chain gears were skipping. I talked to the owner about this issue. The owner charged me for full service as if he new this would fix my issue. Paid for full service but just needed cassette which I would have installed myself and did install myself. After asking many knowledgeable people in the bike industry and googling myself this is a common issue when skipping after bike chain install. I tried to talk to owner he got defensive and said he was protecting his guys. His guys are great but he is not knowledgeable in this area and should of recommended I come back when his bike mechanics are there.

Drove to Lindsay for a bike ride. Stopped here to pick up a few things. Not only dod they have what I wanted, they were able to install the part while we waited. We’ll worth the drive. Very friendly and professional.

Greatest service ever!I’m cycling to Newfoundland and developed a problem outside Lindsay. Al came and picked me up. He took great, professional care when fixing my problem. He basically refused to let me go until he was satisfied that me bike was in solid condition for the long ride ahead. Thanks so much Al. You got me back on the road and restored a smile on my face.The Bike Garage also stocks all the gear needed by a touring cyclist (top quality gear).Michael

Best customer experience ever! Friendly and informative communication, timely follow-up just as promised, delivery exactly on time - to the minute! accompanied by easy-to-follow bike overview and all set up to ride.Got the bike I needed and couldn't find elsewhere (and yes, was desperate about it!). It was a BD gift for my partner and he is now the happiest rider excited like a kid about his new cool bike! Allen supported me in my purchase with exceptional attention to the details, all my questions answered, flawless transaction. And all of that only thru emails and 1 phone call because we're quite far from the store.. Will definitely make a day trip next season to visit the store in person! Had a great experience getting my front tire fixed here. Gave them a ring, asked if I could bring the tire in and was down at their shop five minutes later. Staff member helped me immediately, pointed out the likely cause for my inner tube puncture, repaired the problem and slapped a new inner tube in there. 35 bucks and a few laughs later I'm back on two inflated wheels.Store selection was extensive. All kinds of bikes, E bikes, helmets, gloves, pumps and bells. I get the sense if you were buying a new one, the team here would lead to directly to a bike that fits your needs.

The Bike Garage made choosing an electric bike so easy. I had many questions and all were answered easily by Tusia . My bike was ready the next morning with all my extra accessories already added. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them. I don’t live in the area but after to speaking to Tusia by phone I felt the drive was worth it. So happy to have done business with the The Bike Garage . Thanks to all staff who worked so effortlessly on getting my bike ready so quickly for me.

I use a hand bike and was having trouble with my breaking system. I took it to 7 different shops before going to The Bike Garage. None of the others were able to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and how they took care of me. I highly recommend them.

We Love The Bike Garage!Al and Tusia were wonderful. They took time to go over each bike in length and stayed late after store hours to help us get our bike purchase completed.Al walked me through the installation of my new bike rack and Tusia helped my wife pick out some new gear.This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Al and Tusia seemed like old friends from the first time we met and we really enjoyed doing business with them.We chose The Bike Garage after many people online referred them and since it was a large purchase we made the trip from Barrie to Lindsay and we are so glad we did.Thank you so much we are customers for life.
