Probably wouldn't buy a vehicle here again. Although the price wasnt bad and the staff were friendly and the place was clean. However the vehicle we bought after having it inspected back home needs 5k in work to get it safetied. We were told the brakes were done just recently and that it needed nothing after being told by the owner that I just didn't know what I was talking about".. he offered to test drive the vehicle with my husband to which my husband said it was fine and he trusted my judgement. The brakes were not done recently

We purchased our Vehicle from Ridvan a couple weeks ago and could not be happier with the service we received!He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. We were in a rush to purchase a new vehicle as ours broke down, and we were far from home. He even went as far as driving to moncton to pick up new tires for us and stayed up late to install them so we would be ready to go first thing in the morning.

I have been going to A 1 Auto for years, everyone is always friendly and thorough. No matter what the issue is with the many cars I have taken there, their mechanics deal with it promptly and in the most cost efficient manner they can. They will take the time to explain things so I always understand what the issues are and what actions need to be done to fix it. And when I go in and try to explain whatever weird noise I'm hearing, somehow they aways know what I mean. I have recommended them to many friends and will continue.

Wow! This garage is amazing! We had truck issues and they moved heaven and earth to gets us on our way as soon as possible since we are from Ontario and are going to NS. Great bunch of guys, very helpful!

I stopped in to see what they had for stock. They have lots to choose from. A staff member came out to see if there was anything he could do to help us. He was able to answer any of our questions we had.

*to add to my previous review (fj cruiser) before the owner decides to reply to it with an excuse to make it seem like i'm the one at fault*. He had told me i'd have to come take a look at it to see what shape the frame/body was in. No problem, thats fine, different people have different standards as far as rust goes. But when i asked about everything (mechanically) working as it should he said everything was ok. Later told me i was asking too many questions, on a 15k purchase...

Recently took vehicle in for inspection, was advised by the “new guy that does inspections” that a slew of things were in immediate need of repair (ball joints, brakes, rotors, some other random thing that was apparently falling off… and the kicker, new tires all around). As my vehicle was purchased new the year before, this was a bit of a shock.The “inspector” however told me that if I were to order new tires, at a cost of $600+ each through this shop, have them delivered to them and then pay them at that moment to install them, he (inspector kid) would gladly put a passed inspection sticker on my vehicle, without fixing any of the other things that were supposedly broken……I left the shop without paying them anything at all, the next day had it inspected at a much more reputable shop, with a more qualified inspector to find out that the brake pads on my vehicle needed to be changed out and nothing else was wrong with it at all.Was quite disappointed for this to happen considering for 7 years I had been bring all of my vehicles to this shop for services I needed done and also telling people to go there. Will never happen again though, and now all I can think is how many times have I been ripped off there.

Bought my first car here and I’m super happy with my purchase. Great customer service, super helpful and overall lovely to do business with. The owner was very kind and all the workers are willing to answer any questions. Would absolutely recommend anytime and I wouldn’t go do business anywhere else!!
