Came in to have my flat rear tire fixed, they replaced the inner tube but missed the ultra tiny little bit of metal wire stuck in the tire that popped the original tube in the first place. So this AM the day after picking my bike up from them, the back tire was flat again, much to my confusion. I brought the bike back in to have them look for the sharp bit and after some poking and peeking they found the smallest bit of sharp metal poking through a tread knobby into the inner tube area. They removed it and replaced the tube again and now everything is gravy. The staff were super helpful, kind, responsive, and really quick to address my issue - dealing with it today as I waited. They offered me a coffee gift card for a local cafe while I waited which was awesome and unexpected. Overall I chalk the experience up to a good one. It's unfortunate that the metal pokey was missed on the first go around but with how tiny it was - I would have missed it too. I'm happy with their service over all and with how quickly they made the issue right for me today. I will be bringing my bike back to this shop when it needs further maintenance.

I purchased my new ebike in the summer and loved the friendly service I received. I just had it serviced for the first time at Kelowna ebike and am very impressed with the service and the warranty work they did. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I love my bike and thanks guys for this wonderful experience. I will highly recommend this company to my friends and family!

Herman is a great guy. He helped us troubleshoot my Gio scooter (and we didn't even buy it from him) Very nice. They answer the phone and genuinely seem to care. A great example of local customer service.

Our daughter has a Blue Rev Trio, purchased from Kelowna E Ride a couple of years ago, that needed a flat repair, through no fault of her own. We didn’t know what the problem was but these guys fixed it after only having it for one day, even though they are very busy. Additionally, they only charged for a few minor parts. Thank you to the people at Kelowna E Ride!

I was very impressed with the whole staff. 'Hats off' to Herman for going the extra mile. I needed a tire for my scooter that they didn't sell me originally. They happened to have a quality replacement tire and the staff to make the tire change. It wasn't any easy job but they were all courteous and kept me informed as to their progress. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I went in hear yesterday because I am having problems with my electrical scooter. However since I did not purchase it from them they will not even try to fix it for me. The employee told me he could fix it but since I didn’t purchase it from them they can’t help me. If I can’t get my scooter fixed And need to buy a new one I will not buy it from this company since they only help people who purchased from them. Such a joke! We are all “humans” living on this planet once and we should help each other if we can. Honestly terrible customer service and not trying to make new customers.That’s honestly your response??? I bought my scooter at moto toyz that is no longer in business. Your just as rude as your employees.

This may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend Kelowna E-Ride ever again. I deeply regret sending 4 of my friends to buy the same bike from Darren at E-Ride. The only customer service you are going to receive is when you’re purchasing a bike from this shop. Don’t expect assistance after the first year warranty expires. There is absolutely no follow through on the service end and when you do take it to the service department they can’t even get your phone number correct. If you dare drop in to ask if your bike has been fixed after 10 days you are treated with further condescension and rudeness. The only time I got my bike fully fixed was when I reached out to the manufacturer myself. Darren accepts no responsibility for the products he sells just as long as he sells them. Frankly, I just would have liked someone to help me load my bike in the back of the truck when I picked it up for the final time so I could fix it myself. Totally disappointed.
